Yes, this is good. it did seem like the judge tried to poison the jury! All the things he did to try to force a conviction. The jury did not believe any of it.
A New York City jury found Daniel Penny not guilty Monday of criminally negligent homicide in the choking death of subway performer Jordan Neely.
The ruling comes after jurors said Friday they were deadlocked on the more serious charge of second-degree manslaughter and the judge accepted the prosecution’s request to dismiss it.

The corruption of the trial was evident! Praise God for a good result!

Now they have to rid New York city of those prosecutors who go after the good people and set the bad people free..
I dont' know the particulars of this case but it sure does seem generally as though evil is being treated as good and good is being treated as evil. Truth is thrown to the ground. God have mercy.

It is just the fact the procecutor decided to charge Mr. Penny in the first place. He would have been hailed a hero anywhere else.
Self serving corruption and incompetence both rearing their ugly heads these days.

Daniel Penny is an ex-Marine, he stepped in when a man was threatening other passengers. The other guy died while in police custody I understand....not while Daniel Penny was restraining him. But Daniel is on trial. Millions have been raised for Daniel's defense.
