You know, I love her songs too TLHKAJ, and she's been around for quite a long time, but I still love many of her songs even today, this being one of them. I am so old I think I still have one of her cassettes

I am certainly not youngster if I have my own original cassette tapes. I do recall the 8 tracks, and had a stereo to that played those at one time but they were on their way out. However, I do still have a double cassette player that works just fine (a little warpy sounding on the left side) but I had purchased another not too long again (of the exact model) to use as a back up in case it gets too bad.

I remember 8 tracks from when I was young. I have a lot of cassettes in storage. I think I still have some cassettes of songs I recorded off the radio. Saturdays and Sundays on the country radio station were dedicated to Southern Gospel music ...The Gospel Greats with Paul Heil. :)

@Verily I'm 52 ...maybe I have more years than you? But I don't see myself as old unless I look at the numbers. lol
Edit: And even then, I don't see myself as old, honestly.

This one means a lot to me. The man had lost his tongue to stage four cancer, which the same happened to my grandmother. So it's always tugged on my heart strings.

But overall, I like to go back to it just because it reminds me of God's love for us.
