A few thoughts. When I hear the podcast host say “we ask for bread and get a stone”…

I think ”a stone” is what men give when you ask for bread. When I think of “a stone” to me it means men give that which was written in tablets of stone. Seen I think in debating over the commandments and who is breaking the worst ones. By worse I mean the ones that carry to most weight to send a person to hell.

Yet there is a passage where if your enemy is hungry give him bread to eat, and water to drink for his thirst. Don’t give him a stone or a serpent? To me the difference between “a stone” and “bread” is that which is written in stone and that which is written by the Spirit of God on a flesh tablet, explained as written on the heart. A stone does not give life.

Yet we debate over where the LORD said, “I will remove their heart of stone and unto them I give them a heart of flesh. Where I will write my commands. I will put a new Spirit (My Spirit) in them (not the spirit the world gives, but I will give unto the Spirit of liberty from being held captives) and they will keep my commandments. And they will be My people.” Which we says Is only to the Jews. I hear the removal of “a stone” was only to the Jews. What of the stone set over the mouth of the tomb which was so heavy that no man could roll it away?

A new heart given where the Spirit writes not on stone but on a flesh heart. Also, which is Sometimes said to be something to happen in the future.

We say (a lot of things) for example Matthew 6:31-33 ‘Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' [32] For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. [33] But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.’

We say it Is literal food and drink and clothing to put on. We ignore the New Man is the clothing to put on, after removal of the the old man. We say everyone knows we need food to eat and water to drink and clothing to wear ignoring Peter 1:4-7 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these you might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. [5] And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; [6] And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; [7] And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

Matthew 6: 31-33 says “For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.” That is what I hear the podcast host saying in the above “we ask for bread and get a stone.” “We ask for a fish and get a serpent.” it is great points the podcast host makes. Maybe we will roll our eyes and write it off as a lie and not significant. Are we deceiving ourselves? What I hear is “where is the Fruit??”

Christianity is "uncomfortable Truth".

This is because its "not of the world".

The world's Truth, is The Lie, and people who are in the world, have believef it.. And the Bible gives no place to this......and Jesus gives no place to this, so, this means that Chrisitanity makes no room for it, which makes it "uncomfortable" to the natural mind.

The guy has "he/him" next to his name so you know he's teaching doctrines of demons!
He is a man…he is just making that clear…..gender affirmation is not a teaching of demons...he is stating his birth gender for those who get confused these days.

What this man says is absolute truth…..Christendom is a mirror image of first century Judaism…..so corrupted that the religion promoted by the Jewish leaders was unrecognizable by Jesus back then, (Matt 15:7-9) and with the corruption of Christianity, (that Jesus and his apostles foretold) that will be unrecognizable to him when he returns as judge.

Like the Jews who accepted Jesus, were rejected by their own people….his true disciples will be rejected today in favor of the accepted, but corrupted counterfeit. (John 15:18-21) Lies masquerade as truth, whilst truth is presented as lies….what else would you expect in a world ruled by the devil? (1 John 5:19)

When the judgment is handed down, ”few“ will be found on “the road to life”, (Matt 7:13-14) and the fake Christians in their disunited sects will be the last to know that Jesus has rejected them. (Matt 7:21-23)

The truth was there all along, but the devil convinced all in Christendom that they were going to heaven…..
It‘s going to be a terrible shock to find out that their “Lord” “never knew“ them….

There's a former TV personality whose daughter was online, via a news report a few months ago. She opened by introducing herself by first name. And then added, my pronouns are they them.

Trips to the Gynecologist for an annual exam must be a hoot.

To Hell in a hand basket. The world's getting worse all the time.

Yet that doesn’t diminish the validity of what is said. It is more than one group, even those within the body or the church have those same questions or observations.

"It/it" would be preferable? Some languages, like Chinese, don't have genders, which causes them some embarrassment when they use the wrong one when speaking in English. Other languages, like German, have genders for every noun that you have to remember.

But, you probably won't be happy until he shows you his genitalia. And even that's not 100% certain; on another forum, I met a man whose teenaged "daughter" was one of those human beings with that rare birth defect they used to call "hermaphroditism". You run into all kinds here on the internet. And sometimes, you learn to have a little compassion.

You learn to give bread instead of a stone; to give fish and chips instead of a live rattler.

Sure it does. It designates him as one being led by demons.
Anything a devil person says is a lie.

You should keep those gay tendencies to yourself.

Real Christians are not in to sexual perversions

Being so blinded by one group you can not see straight. You missed the point that even people in the body are wondering the same thing “where is the Fruit?” That is what i was trying to point out how regardless of what you think of the podcast host(instead of using him to deflect) there are lots who can relate to what he/him said. There is depth to “we ask for bread and get a stone.”

I’m afraid for you because you honestly think you have no sexual perversions to speak of. Which I assume is why you have such a great boldness of confidence to be the spokesperson for those who are real Christians, and those who are not.

I’m quoting these verses> hoping you will consider them and what is happening here. Don’t take them literal.
Habakkuk 2:15 Lexicon: "Woe to you who make your neighbors drink, Who mix in your venom even to make them drunk So as to look on their nakedness!

Habakkuk 2:16 Lexicon: "You will be filled with disgrace rather than honor. Now you yourself drink and expose your own nakedness. The cup in the LORD'S right hand will come around to you, And utter disgrace will come upon your glory.

Yeah, the demons are obviously quite pleased with he/him

Why would I have or want any sexual perversions?

Jesus said in Revelation 21:8 that the fearful will have their part in the lake that burns with fire so I recommend that you repent from being afraid.

2 Corinthians 12:19-21 Have you been thinking all along that we have been defending ourselves to you? It is in the sight of God that we have been speaking in Christ, and all for your upbuilding, beloved. [20] For I fear that perhaps when I come I may find you not as I wish, and that you may find me not as you wish-that perhaps there may be quarreling, jealousy, anger, hostility, slander, gossip, conceit, and disorder. [21] I fear that when I come again my God may humble me before you, and I may have to mourn over many of those who sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, sexual immorality, and sensuality that they have practiced.

I have no desire to see you drunk and naked and flexing. Take it someplace else.

Yes, there is real blindness in the hatred some have for others. Maybe not even an active hatred, only, a highly inflated self image. I hear how people talk and I ask myself the same thing, where is the fruit of Christ in their lives? Jesus doesn't teach people to talk in such a manner!

I can only image these to talk so are simply unaware of how exposed they become by what they choose to write. Or else they would not write so!

"Thank God I'm not like him!!" Oh, but you are, if that's your thinking.

And then there is the unhappy fact that those who protest overlymuch against some particular thing do so out of self-rejection, as they know inside that they are the same. The emotional impact of self-rejection fuels many a tirade against others.

We are all of us poor and misguided sinners apart from Christ, all in need of the same salvation. The more we know Christ, and His love for us, the more we will show His love for others though our words and actions, and particularly how we think and feel inside.

Much love!

Hey you're the one claiming to still be a sinner.
Apart from Christ, we are all the same. I'm happy to inform you that I am baptized into Christ. So hopefully that will clarify the matter for you.

And aside from that, you continue to reveal yourself, not others, its you that you expose when you speak as you do.

Much love!
