The 2,300 years of the Little Horn being given armies to trample God's sanctuary and His earthly hosts, also still has around 20 years to run before the completion of the fully prophesied 2,300 years is completed. When we see the fulfilment of Isaiah 24:21-22 and the kings of the earth assembling at the place called Armageddon to be judged by the Lord along with the Heavenly Hosts who will be judged in heaven and together the judged kings of the earth and the heavenly hosts will be imprisoned in the Bottomless Pit for many days, i.e. for 1,000 years, before they receive their punishment. Paul tells us that when the fulness in time of the Gentile kings trampling, under the direction of the Little Horn has come to its completion after 2,300 years, that all of Israel will be saved.
What does this mean? That it is not until after we see the kings of the earth judged at Armageddon that we will see God begin to gather Israel to Himself and that He will teach them on the basis of the foundation stone that comes down out of heaven and plant them in their own fertile field/soil and that this stone will grow to become the largest mountain/religion in all of the earth.
What God is ensuring at the moment, is that a remanent of Israel will remain after the completion of the Gentile's trampling God's earthly hosts.
