His career as a Preacher and Teacher:
Pastor of Grace Community Church, that he founded, for 56 years. Also his radio and TV broadcasts of his sermons, Grace to You.
Author of 150 books, including the best-selling "The Gospel According to Jesus" and the 34 volume "MacArthur Study Bible", which has sold over four million copies and received a Gold Medallion Book Award.
President and later Chancellor Emeritus of The Master's University and The Master's Seminary, institutions dedicated to training men for ministry.

Though John wasn't perfect, his contributions effected thousands of Pastors and helped teach millions of followers of Christ. He was one of the great teachers and preachers of our generation.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends as well. I will never forget hearing John MacArthur on Larry King Live several years ago discussing what happens after we die.

I only watched a few minutes .
But i sure noticed serious problems in the second man , in the jew , and the other
ALL of their beleifs are based on MANS EFFORTS , mans own righteousness . AND by golly that is death itself .
JESUS alone is the ONLY NAME whereby one may be saved . at least mcarthrur had that RIGHT .

Something else the other three had in common is what is also the fastest growing mindset
in christendom . The delusion is aboudning and it is merging and will merge
the false religoins with the DECIEVED of christendom .
The delusion GROWS my friend . TIS why i have been often heard warning
against this all inclusive pipe dream , interfaith led LIE , this abraham peace accords LIE
JESUS IS BEING DENIED . WHY would we have any part in this .

I don’t seen that any one made the distinction of a mans wholeness (so to speak, 3 parts)…
body, soul, spirit… as the relationship of each man is referenced “created and made” in the “likeness” of Lord God Almighty (whom we have come to call more intimately:
(Father, Son, Holy Spirit).

The body is mortal, meaning shall die.
Death of the body’s LIFE (Blood)
is required.

The soul, is not required to die. It’s LIFE (Gods Breath) shall never Die.
A soul shall continue Living as long as Gods Life remains in the soul.
A soul shall depart out of a Dead Body.

The natural spirit of man, is simply his natural Truth in his Heart.
It is by, through, of a mans natural spirit, that a man BELIEVES in the Lord God Almighty… or not.

What happens at Death… is the Body’s Life (Blood) ceases to function.

Soul Life, Spirit Life is also addressed at the time of bodily Death.

The other three did not know JESUS at all . I watched the first few minutes
and examined the answers given . At that point ONLY Mcarthur answered correctly .
And even when larry said what he did , John made it a point to say YES they MUST BELEIVE in JESUS .
Not many do that anymore . And it will be to their own destruction .
The other three are in deadly and dire dangers of hell fire . Just wanted to remind us of this .

John did preach the truth of the gospel and gave the warnings about those who do not believe on Him .
The other three , VERY clear they do NOT KNOW GOD at all .

about TWO places of eternal destiny . and that one place was very good and lovely
and the other place , NOT at all.
And what NAME did john say ONE must beleive in to be saved , to have that real good place at their end
IT WAS JESUS the CHRIST .
My question is , WHY are so many now falling for the inclusive lovey do intefaith road to perdition .
Cause i sure didnt see them popes and other leaders
Preaching JESUS to them lost religoins . What i saw was a message of anti christ cloaked as though it was love and loving .

I don't agree with cessationism either. I sold my Macarther commentary set after reading that in them. I still respect the other Knowledge he taught to pastors.
