Vision Of The Three Babies.

The first baby reminds me of someone struggling to establish their doctrine with scripture.
The second baby reminds me of someone struggling with eschatology.
And the third is like someone with a calling to preach or to teach and they have stumbled before. They will pick themselves up and continue.
I love the truth that the Spirit is growing His church, member after member. Each carrying out different tasks, at times random isolated actions, at times related. These actions all develop us into the body parts that make up Jesus's body.
Like observing these babies, trying to decipher what they are trying to communicate and achieve. Unless the Spirit gives us insight, wisdom, discernment we may misunderstand what the Spirit is doing in eachother.
This is when faith in Christ's work, not only the work on the cross but from then to thus very hour, in the individual members of His body, the church.
Let's observe and enjoy the growth of Christ in His babe's as they grow to become mature in Him. And more than this, lets be willing to get down with them and interact with them throughout this crucial process. Yes dying to ourself, humbling ourself and serving others as Christ in the flesh modelled to us.
Remember, we were once babies in Christ. Now we are spiritual mothers and fathers. Let's welcome this role and love the babies in Christ, not judge, condemned, reject and only correct them. Babies play, babies explore, babies grow and become adults. Praise God for this process.
