Absolutely. It's at some stage after the resurrection and judgement that the unjust to damnation that the love of the Creator will become irresistible. This is what those in the lake of fire will be drawn to when they repent and are saved from their place of containment and torment, then accepted by their Creator. Yes they will have a never ending predetermined role to play in the Creators kingdom.

The dead in Christ will rise. The dead outside of Christ will rise too. Both the sheep and goats will come to life and God will separate them.

After they are risen from the dead aren't the just and unjust judged? The wicked who have died, dead, are resurrected back to life. The dead know nothing in their state of death, as they are brain dead. But when bought back to life, that includes their brain and mind, they will know things, especially the evil deeds of which they will be judged.
