They completely short-circuit.
They accuse you of "twisting Scripture" — even when you're literally quoting it word for word.

2. The Abrahamic Covenant Fallacy

They cling to the Abrahamic land covenant as if:

It was never fulfilled
It overrides the New Covenant
It applies ethnically, not spiritually

as far as salvation goes. Salvation is offered to jew and greek. Not all israel is saved.

Every once in a while, one would get out of line with me.
But, over all, I was respected by them as well as my respect for them.

I do not think what some here preach is Catholic doctrine.
