The image you've shared is a deeply misleading distortion, and I earnestly look forward to the day when the Lord clears such errors from the minds of sincere believers.

Since the identity of a single adversary cannot be consistently applied across every context, you're required to interpret each passage individually to determine who or what the adversary is.
Your problem is with Peters words, not mine.

Luke 13:11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

Luke 13:12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

Luke 13:16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

What doctrine is that exactly?
2nd century, Christian theologians including Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Tertullian, and Origen were increasingly portraying Satan as a real, personal being and the leader of demonic forces. Many new doctrines were introduced into the Christian community during the first 400 years of its development.

Amazing record this one!

Do you know what her physical ailment represents?

Luke 19:9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house,
forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

Jesus says of the Pharisees

Matt.23
[4] For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

The LORD tells us in Isaiah

Isa.58
[6] Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

And so Jesus rebukes the Pharisees

Luke 13
16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

Jesus went about healing all that were oppressed of the devil (who is Satan)

Acts.10
[38] How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Many were brought to him that were possessed with devils

Matt 8
16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:
17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

And again, this woman had a spirit of infirmity

Luke 13
11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

Again, whom Satan bound

Luke 13
16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

Satan is trying to persuade us that he isn’t real, that he doesn’t exist, and that we are the devil. The Christadelphian’s boast on the forum is that he is battling against you, Christians - “the satans”.

The “devil isn’t real” crowd has bought it. It’s their dogma.

Mary is … (Catholic dogma) = The devil is … (Christadelphian dogma) = closed mind on the respective subjects.

***

It should have been a wake up call for readers when the Christadelphian used the atheism argument to underpin his dogma -> “no origin story = not real”. He handed it to us on a silver platter.

I have to object to a view of the Bible that treats it like the Star Wars franchise: "Now we gotta explain Darth Vader's origin story..."

The Christadelphians have been sent off the rail by the devil, in a similar way that atheists have.

I think what I was trying to get at is that we've promulgated this dogma that the Bible itself is a single monolithic narrative that's been handed down to us from the sky. In a narrative, there has to be an adversary, and all the main characters have to have origin stories and all the loose ends have to be tied up by the time you get to Revelation. But that's not what the Bible is. I see the stories being lived by the author of Job, by the pre-exilic prophets, the post-exilic prophets, the Psalmist(s), Matthew, Paul, John, et. al. as being very different and having different concerns. A collection of mini-narratives.

And frankly, getting back to your C.S. Lewis quote, is the Devil is even one of the main characters in the book? Ancillary characters don't need an origin story.

The devil is an ancillary character. It’s a simple point that enrages him and his followers. Pride is his / their undoing.
