Irrelevant. No James doesn't say faith plus works he says faith is completed by works. Not the same thing. You actually have the nerve to say poor exegesis and hermeneutics to me and write, "Paul says faith alone (not exact but that is the meaning)" I can't even fathom how nonsensical that is. That is YOUR meaning. Paul never says faith alone you can only read that into the text. I'm merely repeating what James put onto paper. You need a car better argument then this one. I had this terrible thing happen to me when I was a kid. I learned to read with comprehension.
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?

23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

Read James better.

Show us where osas is in the bible.

OSAS is a teaching created by religious Jews, in Paul's Day.
JUDE said they try to subvert the Gospel with this teaching.
These religious law keeping jewish fanatics, accused Paul of teaching licence to sin.....or "let us sin so that grace may come".

So, what that is.......is a doctrine of devils, that subverts a believer's faith, so that they can't understand God's Grace.
That's what's happened to you, and to everyone who does not Trust in Christ to keep you saved.

I have and much better than you. But I'll play along with you. Lets says James is saying works saves. What's he not saying is works alone. I can't read that into the text like you do that would be dishonest intellectually and spiritually.

The juvenile insults are tiresome. James said faith plus works. Paul says faith alone (not exact but that is the meaning) You choose faith plus works because of poor exegesis and hermeneutics.
Ronald,

How do you exegesis these two passages: ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’

7 t
o those who by patiently doing good seek for glory and honour and immortality, he will give eternal life;

Curious Mary

PS (Debunking "faith alone")

James 2:14-26 (faith without works is dead)
Acts 2: 38/Mark 16:16 (repent and be baptized and you will be saved)
1 Peter 3:21 (baptism now saves you)
Mathew 25 (if you don't do good deeds he will send you to eternal fire)
Romans 10:9 (profess with your mouth and you will be saved)
John 5 (those who have done good go the resurrection of life)

No, my ignorant friend.

You're a confused MaryCult obsessed.
Same as always.

Peter says that the water of the FLOOD that they were saved through was the “SYMBOL”

Your are very theologiclaly ignorant.
You dont recall that i explained all this to you, 15 months ago.
Well, lets hope its not senility ....that has caused you to not remember our long conversation.

Let me try again.......and see if you can outrun your stupidity this time.
That would be something new for you to try. @BreadOfLife

Listen, and think...

If NOAH and FAMILY, had gotten into the Water, outside the ark that was drowning every living animal and human and insect.... that the verse says "saves"... then they would have DIED.
So, we see that the verse is not teaching water baptism saves....
Do you understand that?
What SAVED them was not the water, ....it was the ARK that kept them out of the water.
Nod if you can comprehend this reality.

Actually, the NT states that Mary is the most blessed among all women.

Yes....>"among" women.........not "blessed above them".........as the Catholic Cult elivates Her.

Jesus didnt.
The Apostles didnt.
The Bible does not.

Only The MARYCULT creates the Marian Theology that is completely false.

You mean the ark which represents baptism. The ark which noah had to build at God's direction. Why didn't God just "save"then? Put gills on them so they could breath in water? Oh that's right baptism is like the vessel that saved them

Right ...Jesus just did what she told him at Cana

Notice that when Jesus was on The Cross, that He never referred to her as "mother".
He only called her "woman".

Now read this....

Matt 12

And Jesus said....>""" 48 : Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?

49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!

50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and MOTHER.

I notice you COMPLETELY ignored my post. This is why I have very little respect for you.

Let me show you more for you to realize.

1.. Sacried Tradition
The Catholic Church views their own Sacred Tradition as their most important source of revelation, meaning that a good majority of Catholic teachings are not found in any verse in any Bible. This contrasts with most Protestant denominations that emphasize sola scriptura(Scripture alone).

2.) . Purgatory
The concept of Purgatory, a state of purification after death for those who die in God's grace but still need cleansing, is not found in the Bible. The MaryCult also prays for souls in purgatory, which again is not found in any verse in any Bible.

3.) Mary's Assumption and Immaculate Conception:
These are Mary Cult doctrines that developed over time and are not mentioned in the Bible. The Assumption refers to Mary's bodily ascension into heaven, (in her dead body, she flew there).....while the Immaculate Conception refers to Mary being conceived without original sin, which is another a MaryCult false doctrine that is not found in any verse in any Bible.

4.). Transubstantiation:
This doctrine, central to the man made MaryCult theology regarding the ""Eucharist"", states that the bread and wine offered in the Mass are transformed into the body and blood of Christ. This specific explanation of transubstantiation is not found in any Bible verse in any Bible.

5.) The Authority of the Pope:
The Catholic Church believes and teaches that the Pope, as the successor of Saint Peter, has a unique authority as the head of the Church, a role not defined in the Bible, in any verse, in any bible. They in fact beleive that He is the mouthpiece of God, Himself. This is not found in any verse in any Bible.

6.) . Other FALSE Practices and Teachings:

Other False Catholic practices not found in any bible verse in any Bible include..

Infant Baptism for Salvation

Veneration of Saints

Removing and collecting Dead Body Parts ( RELICS)

Praying the Rosary

The use of Holy Water

Feast days for Mary

No it's not the most important source of revelation. I don't want to call you liar but I don't know what else to call someone who repeatedly says things that aren't true. You're a sad example of a "Christian". In fact I think you're the most disturbed of all the "Christians" I've run into on line or in person and believe me I've met some real winners. You have nothing useful worth listening to

No it's not the most important source of revelation.

It is to God., but it will never be so for a MaryCult victim.

You're the proof.
Just keep proving it, post after post, after post.......same as any other Catholic.
