thats what its like trying to talk to you, bunch of random nonsense like the fortune telling machine at the county fair.
Cool.

I am not looking for anything more than the truth. So...

These conversations are meaningless sometimes.

Sorry it can't be more invigorating.

if i hurt your feelings i am sorry but how do you think people feel when they take the time and thought to respond to things you say for you only to ignore them. kind of an ugly thing to do to people

Quite an assumption. I don't dabble to much into my feelings. I just don't care after a while.

I've seen many people come and go out my life it does not bother me to cut people out of my life anyway.

Were your feelings hurt because I decided to ignore you? You are still on ignore, I just hit "show ignored content."

Is there something you specifically want? Cause, I have done commented concerning why Jesus is not a humanitarian.

I heard Bob Geldof was a humanitarian. I don't think he is a Christian though.

Some motherboard buzzards like comparing apples with oranges.

It's a form of schizophrenia.

Humanitarian means being concerned with or seeking to promote human welfare.

Humanitarian is a Human who promotes the welfare of another.

Jesus is a Spirit who appeared to humans in the Likeness AS a Human to Promote HOW humans could become in the Likeness AS Jesus.

(Some)humans Promote the WEL-FARE of other humans….
By, through, of; Teaching, Example, Charity, Lending a hand.

The Secular World, (Many) (governments, famed persons) also Promote the WEL-FAIR
Of humans…
By first Confiscating, ( through multiple means ), “the WEALTH of others…”
* Putting a hefty portion of the wealth in their personal Coffer;
* Then doling out scraps to others “they” deem qualified to receive.
* They “Accept” the accolades for being a “generous do good-er.”

The Reveal?
WELFARE is not WEL-Fair.

WELFARE - Scripturally is BE WELL, in Spirit, in Righteousness, in Necessities, God has provided.

WEL-FAIR - Secularly is BE WEALTH increased At the Expense of Another, by ANY means.

Scripturally - WELFARE is about ENRICHING the “POOR … in SPIRIT”, with the accolades (accreditation) going To God.

In THAT ^ Respect… yes, Jesus was a humanitarian; teaching, preaching, to humans HOW to Become themselves AND teach other humans to How To Become “Rich in Spirit” and AND “accredit God”.

Caution:

Matt. 16:
[26] For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Pss 69:
[22] Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.

Not news. Not a mystery. Well revealed in Scripture. Well visible in the World. Well discussed on this forum.

So I was right.

Quote from Paradise Lost:

“The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven.”

This line, spoken by Satan in Book I, encapsulates Milton’s profound meditation on perception, free will, and the inner workings of the soul. It’s often cited as a testament to the human (or fallen angelic) capacity to shape reality through thought and attitude.

Does that surprise you?

I am still scared of death. What surprises me is when people tell me they are ready for it, and are not scared of it.

For about good 2 hours I just tell God I want to die today, why I do I have to continue to be here, and so on and so forth yet, he just lets me live...

I tell him my own self-worth towards knowing him, such as I am just a sinner in general, but continue to help me get through.

Ill be, waiting to die still but... deathly terrified of it.

Jesus was not a humanitarian by nature.

I don't know if we could characterize Jesus as a "humanitarian" - but He does care about how you treat other people. And how other people treat you.

It might be a good Bible Study to look up to whom Jesus showed compassion - and who He challenged.

He wasn’t in the modern day sense; other wise why did he his apostles get treated like scum of the earth…

Sure.

I've faced death on a number of occasions, and braced for it. We have strict Health and Safety laws here so all care is to be taken to prevent death. As I sit at my keyboard now I don't feel the slightest bit afraid of dying.

2Co 5:6-10 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (7) (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) (8) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. (9) Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. (10) For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
