According to Paul's letter to the Hebrews, and OT testimony, the entire sanctuary of the OT, including the later temples in Jerusalem, and all the furniture inside, were copied from the pattern God gave Moses, forming a miniature replica of the original sanctuary in heaven wherein is God's throne.
The Ark that resided in the earthly sanctuary was hidden away in a cave by Jeremiah before the invasion by Babylon . That ark of the covenant remains hidden, and would still contain the original tables of stone.
So my question remains unanswered. What is inside the ark of the testimony in heaven? It is called the ark of the testament... What is the testament?
The Testament is the 10 Commandments representing all the law and it's written about in Jeremiah 31:31-33.

Firstly, the words testament and covenant are interchangeable in Bible translations. I can cite several English translations that use the word 'covenant' instead of 'testament.' So I wouldn't be so picky about that.

Secondly, we are not told what is still inside that Ark of the Covenant in Heaven. Anyone that tries to answer that will only be speculating.

Saw your chance to chime your BS in huh? If you were 'given' to understand God's Word you would know what I've shown from God's written Word.

Everyone on this forum post their own bias and understanding. Nobody is immune from falling into this state of arrogance.

Humility is required by all of us.

Ignorance and cock-sureness insisted on will surely bite you in the bum! You mightn't see it now but that's how the principle works.

What we know as the mercy seat on top of the ark was guarded by two angels. Covering cherubs they were called. Important positions, and they were closest to the Father, as what they guarded was His throne. The seat of government. Inside that seat, that throne, was the foundation of God's government in heaven. Love. Love, for the sake of fallen humanity, was adapted to meet man in his fallen condition. Love was explained and exemplified through the law. The Ten Commandments.
But like James said, you fail in one, you offend in all. I cannot imagine God removing any part of that love covenant/testimony, or James would be made a liar. So the ten commandments, still in the earthly ark hidden in a cave somewhere under Jerusalem is still valid. But I can't compel anyone to obey, that would be ridiculous. Unless I was a parent or a policeman. And even then, only those 6 commandments that pertain to our fellow man. The first four? Still love, and not any party of it altered or abrogated, but that relationship is between God and man. How much love you want to express is entirely up to you.

Law is only required when there a violation of love/ trust. It is a 'primitive' method to keep 'children' from chaos. Law is better than chaos but love is better than law.
Do angels commit adultery? Do angels dishonour their parents? Do angels forget the Sabbath? Do angels take God's name in vain. Do angels steal? etc.

While messing in this World, law keeps some sort of order or maintains some sort of guidelines.....otherwise thoughtless drivers will rip through 40 klm school zones at 100 klm

The are no unanswered questions. The earthly tabernacle was a pattern of the tabernacle in heaven.

The Testament that was in the ark of the testament in the earthly tabernacle is the 10 Commandments representing all the law - and it's a testimony against us - see Jeremiah 31:31-33.

The nations seen being judged in the 7th trumpet are judged by the 10 commandments because without the blood of Christ covering "the mercy seat" there is no forgiveness for sins - which is the transgression of the law.

Exodus 20:18: Receiving of the testament:

Thunderings and lightnings and the noise of the trumpet:

"And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off."

Revelation 11:19 (7th trumpet). Ark of the testament seen in heaven:

Lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail:

"The temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail."

Revelation 8:5 (7th seal):

Voices and thunderings and lightnings and an earthquake:

"And the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar, and cast it into the earth. And voices and thunderings and lightnings and an earthquake occurred."

Rev 16:17-18 (7th vial):

Voices and thunders and lightnings:

"And a great voice came out of the temple of Heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done! And voices and thunders and lightnings occurred."

Revelation 15: The temple of the tabernacle of the testimony was opened in Heaven (verse 5):

* Four beasts
* sea of glass
* those who had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, are seen standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

Revelation 4:

"lightnings and thunderings and voices":

* 24 elders.
* clothed in white raiment.
* crowns of gold on their heads.

* sea of glass.
* Four beasts.
* Out of the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices.

Sealed seven times.

7th TRUMPET

"And the temple of God was opened in Heaven, and there was seen in His temple the ark of His covenant, and occurred lightnings and voices, and thunders and an earthquake, and a great hail." (Revelation 11:19).

7th PLAGUE

"And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air. And a great voice came out of the temple of Heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done! And voices and thunders and lightnings occurred. And there was a great earthquake, such as has not been since men were on the earth, so mighty and so great an earthquake." (Revelation 16:17-18).

7th SEAL (a scroll is only sealed AFTER its contents were already written down)

"And the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar, and cast it into the earth. And voices and thunderings and lightnings and an earthquake occurred."

The entire scroll now unrolled, because all the seals had been loosened:

"And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound." (Revelation 8:5-6).

Thing is, per Apostle Paul, those in Christ are SUPPOSED to be saying the SAME thing.

So how... does that work?

The way it works is, that ALL THOSE IN CHRIST (who study to show themselves approved of God), WILL NOT be following the various doctrines and traditions of men, but instead will SOUND LIKE THEY ARE READING THE ACTUAL WORD OF GOD WHEN THEY SPEAK OF IT.

About the only... times I agree with brethren here on Forums like these is IF... what they speak is ACTUALLY THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD, and not some stupid tradition from men. And I have been educated enough both at University and in God's Word by The Holy Spirit to even realize when someone is even ACCURATE in God's written Word when they PARAPHRASE it!
