Have the decency to answer the answer the question I asked you first. If you can't then I'll just treat you the way you have shown you need to treatedYes, let's start again slowly: You believe Jesus was saying to eat him for supper?
yet you still are totally unable to answer my questions.Your problem is two fold. One you also believe in the osas buffoonery. The other is your too prideful to let it go so the thread "still limps". You STILL haven't shown evidence for authoritative understanding of Scripture. Once you do so maybe things will change.
This is all your doing. You purposed a question with an ulterior motive--to test, but not to freely give. Which is an indication of your own heart.Have the decency to answer the answer the question I asked you first. If you can't then I'll just treat you the way you have shown you need to treated
I think I have proven you do not believe jesus is speaking literally in John 6.Let's start slowly. AGAIN you don't believe Jesus is speaking literally in John 6. Correct or incorrect?
lol.. this is funny, You refuse to answer questions. then attack him??Have the decency to answer the answer the question I asked you first. If you can't then I'll just treat you the way you have shown you need to treated
what ulterior motive? All I've done is ask you to prove that your understanding of Scripture is authoritative. Can you do that or not? This is all your doing. You purposed a question with an ulterior motive--to test, but not to freely give. Which is an indication of your own heart.
Therefore, change or confirm your position. So shall it be written.
You need to show proof you have the authoritative understanding of Scripture or you need to show that what you believe was taught by the church before the1500s. Until you do one or both of those this is what you'll get. You need to show why you should be taken seriously otherwise I don't really care but keep posting. It seems to make you feel better.lol.. this is funny, You refuse to answer questions. then attack him??
You have danced around the idea of Jesus being literal about eating his flesh, but ulteriorly have not answered for yourself.what ulterior motive? All I've done is ask you to prove that your understanding of Scripture is authoritative. Can you do that or not?
People show proof by proving they understand the word. You need to show proof you have the authoritative understanding of Scripture or you need to show that what you believe was taught by the church before the1500s. OSAS BUFFOONERY??? What got saved when you got born again? Was it your 'spirit'? Was it your 'soul'? Or was it your 'body'?Your problem is two fold. One you also believe in the osas buffoonery. The other is your too prideful to let it go so the thread "still limps". You STILL haven't shown evidence for authoritative understanding of Scripture. Once you do so maybe things will change.
No? "YOU" need to be "tuned up!"No one in that event thought so. Say "eat my flesh and drink my blood" 3 times and calling REAL food and drink is peculiar "spiritual" language.
You need to tune in
he is prety much trying to attack some belief instead of actually looking to the word.OSAS BUFFOONERY??? What got saved when you got born again? Was it your 'spirit'? Was it your 'soul'? Or was it your 'body'?

What got saved has nothing to do with osas buffoonery. Gods salvation is permanently available whether or not we're properly dispose to keep it is another matter entirely.OSAS BUFFOONERY??? What got saved when you got born again? Was it your 'spirit'? Was it your 'soul'? Or was it your 'body'?
If you need to work that hard to explain away what is clearly written then you need to examine why. I'll challenge you like I've challenged the others who have failed miserably btw, show evidence that your understanding of Scripture is the authoritative understanding. No? "YOU" need to be "tuned up!"
Ya see (well? perhaps in "your" case, not so much) The "Abrahamic Covenant" had "drifted away" (aka apotasied, to the point of "lawlessness/rebelliousness)") where Jehovah God (A particular part of Elohim in covenant with Israel) that to continue in covenant? Would in effect (much to the adversary's delight) become a "god" made in the "image" of the lawless and rebellious practitioners of this "Conspiracy Against The Most High!" (aka Elohim). (check out Greek mythology to confirm! but, that was in another period of time on this planet in the context of eternity) Meaning? That due to the "lack of learning" from "His-Story?"....well?.....If you know?....You know!....
And seeing that Jehovah had divorced Israel because of this?
There was now NO "wisdom" to be had nor present in Israel! Save for the wisdom of the serpent!
The Christ? Knowing this? Also knew that His words would fall on "deaf" ears, and be misunderstood and worse, perpetrated by ones' such as yourself to be taken the only way they had any ability TO understand!
Which in "yours" and ones like yours "ability?"
FLESHLY! Or, as you say: Literally!
Which? Is understandable given the only wisdom one has in this state?
Is the wisdom of the serpent!
But, still, and yet?
Is an incorrect interpretation!
Now, if I may inquire of yourself here?
What happened so drastically, or dastardly in the 1500's (in your mind or studies) that has you so "hung up" on this particular point in time?
No? "YOU" need to be "tuned up!"

Again you need to show evidence that your understanding is the authoritative understanding. Just tell me what you think isn't evidence of that. You get that right?Perhaps you and your church should take the following scripture a little more authoritatively:
Leviticus 17:10-14 KJV
10 And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
12 Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.
13 And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.
14 For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off.
The discourse regarding the subject matter of this thread, in John 6, exemplifies a common old rabbinical way of going way overboard in a statement or teaching so that the hearers will know that what is said is not meant literally, (aside from the fact that the Master even says so plainly in John 6:63). The same principle may be seen in the passages where the Master speaks of plucking out your offensive eye or cutting off your hand or foot that causes you to stumble.
If indeed the Master meant these things in John 6 literally then he would be disqualified as Meshiah for having seriously violated the Torah and would have likely been charged with being a Mesiyth, (a false teacher and beguiler of the people).
LMBO I don't care what you understand I want proof that what you understand now authoritative. I know you people sit around and spew passages and your told what to believe and you take it as gospel. What you believe is only 500 years old. Your leader is the looney little monk.People show proof by proving they understand the word.
You prove you do not understand the word. and can not even go to your own church and have them show they have an understanding of John 6 and ALL jesus said.
so please. again.. Eternity is long.. I will pray for you

I did prove you wrong but that's irrelevant. You're claiming a superior understanding of Scripture that you can't prove you have. You're telling me it's superior but that's not convincing but you don't seem to know what else to do, so you repeat yourself. That's not evidence of superior or authoritative understanding of Scripture. If you can't understand this then why would I listen to you about Scripture?Dude,
Read the passages and prove me wrong
Otherwise. go away.
If you are unable to interpret the word. You can not tell others they have not interpreted it incorrectly. You have zero authority to do that.
Again, i will pray for you..
