The JWs don't know Koine Greek. It is the general consensus.
So you profess to be expert! What are your credentials? Thousands of Bible haters profess to be Bible language experts, with ZERO credentials! Your basic argument is 'our Bibles are wrong'. That sounds like what Satan would say.

I am not the one who twisted John 20:28.

Matthew 28:18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.''
who gave it to him ?

1 Corinthians 15: 24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power.

No, he called Jesus his lord, and God his God. There is a repetition of mou meaning "mine/my" in the Greek.
How is it that you're a self professed Greek expert when you can't even understand a perfectly clear and simple by Thomas who was taught personally by Jesus?

"Thomas said to Jesus, "My Lord and my God"!

Stop doing the JW twist.
You interpretation couldn't be any more lame.
I didn't interpret anything. YOU did. I simply quoted Jesus, God of the Bible.

A nonproof. Ha Ha Ha. It would be morelike, my lord and God or my God lord.
"ὁ κύριός μου καὶ ὁ θεός μου" it does not convey. Notice the doubling of mou
Thomas addressed Jesus, "My Lord and my God", nothing could be more clear unless you have an agenda to prove.

The two occurances of mou do not change Thomas' address. He addressed Jesus. As they say . . . context is king.

Much love!

. Also, the Greek kai is not conducive to gluing different objects together.
Actually kai is copulative or explicative, that is, it either adds things together, this and that, or it expains one thing with another, it's this, even that.

Either way, "My Lord and my God", or, "my Lord even my God". Both show Thomas addressing Jesus as "my Lord and my God." No getting around that!

Much love!

Thank God, a Bible defender! And Jesus called Himself, "the ALMIGHTY"!

No he said to Jesus. The word address is not even used in the English. Two nominatives don't make one vocative.

It one mou for one object. Both Lord and God are nominative indicating the beginning of a sentence. Contest is indeed king.
Much love!
Whatever :csm

It is like the Hebrew WAW. It actually separates. Greek and Hebrew naturally has noun phrases. English doesn't usually use them.
