I listen to Stone Choir quite often, as well as free sermons I can find online. It would be a waste of time to ask for podcasts in Finnish, but I wonder if anyone listens to Christianity-related English-language podcasts.

My signature below has a link to 'ReDiscovering God' one of the podcasts I listen to regularly.
There is also the speakers, Brad Jersak, Brian Zahnd and William Paul Young (you can find these on You Tube)
I find them encouraging and strengthening.

I have never listened to that podcast but I have heard of it via the Libertarian Christian Institute, in connection to pacifist views in Christianity.

Check it out lina. I think you'll find it helpful.
It focuses on the God Jesus knew, one of hope, of encouragement and of security

I will listen to it at work. Though I'm definitely not a pacifist.
I guess pacifism is interpreted many ways.
Jesus definitely wasn't a pacifist in the sense that he did nothing or didn't react. Jesus had the passion of representing his Father well....and so he said and did the things we have had recorded, ie heal the sick, open blind eyes and deaf ears, raise the dead and give hope to those sitting in the shadow of death.

People as individual Christians are called to forgiveness and charity. People in a vocation of secular authority are often required to use violence to punish the reprobate and defend the people in their charge.

No doubt this is the case amongst people. It is interesting for me to see how the cultures around the world superimpose the values they consider proper, onto God and so give God a character which fits their cultural image of right and wrong.
Subsequently, the podcast 'ReDiscovering the God Jesus knew' is an exploration of God's character through the lens of Jesus.
