I had in mind 1 Timothy 2:4 - “God wants everyone to be saved and to fully understand the truth.”
But that's not what Jesus taught.
Jesus told his Disciples, not everyone is meant to understand and come to repentance
I don’t think we‘re damned as soon as we‘re born.
All humans in the flesh are born with their sin nature first.
I agree.

Let’s discuss Exodus 34:5-7 in another thread some time.
Sure.
What do you think unrepentant sinners deserve? That’s another good discussion which is probably better suited to a new thread.
They're unrepentant by God's will and plan.

Pitting Jesus against Paul rather than harmonizing what both men said.
Pitting?
Not at all.
Jesus came first.

Do they deserve something other than death?
God believed we deserved to be born dead first. So,you tell me.

Think.
Jesus was God in flesh.
Who made us to be born dead in our sin nature?

Who said,we will only overcome thinking his word is foolishness if he enters us first and opens our consciousness so to understand the Gospel?

Jesus worked through Paul. What I’m saying is that Paul isn’t contradicting Jesus.

God believed we deserved to be born dead first. So,you tell me.

People are generally born alive.

You’re being presumptuos.

Jesus was God in flesh.

I’m a Jewish monotheist. That phrase, which I accept, won’t mean the same thing to me as it does to you.

Who made us to be born dead in our sin nature?

See above.

Who said,we will only overcome thinking his word is foolishness if he enters us first and opens our consciousness so to understand the Gospel?

See above.

We’re moving pretty far away from the murder of Charlie Kirk now. His unrepentant murderer deserves death.

I'll disagree.

@Matthias

This may help you learn of our faith platform. Please let me know if you find it useful.

According to the Bible, Christians believe that all humans are born spiritually dead due to sin, as stated in Ephesians 2:1, which describes people as being "dead in trespasses and sins." This spiritual death means that, without divine intervention, individuals cannot enter God's kingdom and must be "born again" to receive new spiritual life through faith in Jesus Christ. learn.ligonier.org bibletolife.com

Just pray he gets a public defender. If he has his own attorney via the left- that lawyer will be sure to ask questions to tip him off to who is left minded for the jury.

I think I heard the assassin has a fund set up for his defense. Only heard that once on the news I believe.

I hadn’t heard that but I looked it up and found that an attempt was made to set up a GoFundMe fundraiser for Tyler Robinson (which doesn’t surprise me) and it has been terminated.

Meanwhile, I've just discovered that sardines, mixed with mustard and mayo, is divine.

Good.
I'm not surprised someone tried that though.

The guy that assassinated the insurance company CEO has fans!
I wonder if that same defense fund idea was tried on his behalf?

Broad light of day and he shot the man in the back. He's a hero?

Are you kidding or serious?

Because I will try that out, sounds weird, but what kind of sauce is it (or what is it used for) sandwich, or something other?

Have you ever tried a sardine or two in homemade spaghetti sauce? If you haven't already, it adds a little "somethin' somethin'" it's like the "secret ingredient" for a good sauce. Worth trying.

Serious. I'm normally a tuna guy. But since it's a high mercury fish, I wanted to find something else. A buddy of mine recommended sardines. At first, I thought it was extremely fishy, and it kind of put me off them. But then I added mustard to them and the taste profile is more in line with tuna. It was just regular yellow mustard. I crushed the sardines with a fork.

Never tried it on spaghetti sauce, but I think I will the next time I have it. I've heard lemon juice also works like the mustard. I just didn't have any lemons on hand. :funlaugh2

The Congress tried to censure terrorist sympathizer and radical islamist, Rep. Ilhan Omar over a post she made regarding Charlie Kirks assassination.
This effort failed in the House.

That IO is still in America is a travesty of justice. She's an illegal.

After her remarks on the interview below,a Congressional Republican called for her deportation.
Which is fair because she put forth fraudulent paperwork when she immigrated here.

But she'll stay in office because, though she's a strong supporter of CAIRE,the MB front, she's a member of a terrorist cult political ideology that kills its opponents.

Good to know, I am not crazy about a sardines personally but I have found adding a touch of them here and there can make things better.

Interesting, I will still try that, thanks.

If you try it with spaghetti sauce fry one or two up in the oil (at the beginning) then add your onions (and go from there, the sardines will sort of melt in and disapear, but add good flavor.

Sheesh, we should open a recipe thread eh? clfh

(sorry for the intermission over here) pplh

So glad GoFundMe did that.

I like tuna too, although I don't eat it as often as in my younger days.

There are different types of tuna. If you eat the smaller species like Skip Jack, they have less mercury. The bigger tuna eat way more other fish so get more mercury buildup.

I like sardines.- seriously nutritious.. Mustard is a winner-
If you like smoked - try Henry & Lisa's in olive oil.- you will even skip the mustard

There is a mercury tested tuna called, "safe catch"
