Why are you speaking to anyone in this thread when you said you are done with it?
I apologize Matthias, I have been highly irritated as of late and I should not have taken that out on you, or have been bothered by what I have been bothered by lately, forgive me.

Well... this is interesting. He seemed like a normal and will adjusted guy just a few years ago.

No. If he was not in his right mind premeditation goes out the window. It was clearly premeditated. Nothing will change that.

You can be crazy and premediate murder.
You can be crazy and plan to murder and carry it out.

Will the system execute you for it?
Probably not, and that is why they will use this as His defense.......more then likely.

There aren't many Charlie's.\

There will be now.

Pastors hatch Pastors
Evangelist's hatch Evangelists
Martyrs hatch martyrs
Devil's hatch devils.
Liars hatch liars

Everything is reproduced "after its kind".

I will not rejoice at his death. I would prefer that he comes to Christ in jail. It will be what it will be.

IN the End Charlie's Kirk's Catholic Wife will probably plead for the shooter's life, which will put him in prison for the American public to support for about 20 yrs.
I hope they dont let Him write a Book while he's in there, and become filthy rich while He's waiting for parole.

The nut (MDChapman) who shot John Lennon, wrote a book about it, and made a lot of money.

Also, the reason the Death Penalty is good...........is because it prevents a lot of murders.
This is because it gives people a pause to reflect, and think....>>"if i do this, they are going to Kill me".
This shooter is young and ...was perhaps was not considering that He could have traveled to a Charlie Event in a State that didnt have Captial punishment.
OR, he did think about this, and thought".....>"if i choose to Murder Charle in a State where there is no Capital punishment, then they will most likely consider that i was pre-meditating the murder"..

In the end, it matters very little what she wants. The state has already decided to pursue the death penalty.

The state had said it would take what she wanted into account. Perhaps it did. She punted, stating that she didn’t want blood on her hands.

She’ll be satisfied if the state doesn’t get the death penalty it is seeking. She‘ll be satisfied if it does.

That’s not going to be the case with the general public.

I view it as the state being polite. It amounts to "I'll take it under advisement".

I agree. People don't want to have to support a guy for the rest of his life with their tax dollars. Even if one objects to the death penalty for moral or religious reasons, I think the economic reasons alone should be enough to change one's mind.

Ultimately, it is the state’s decision to make. Speaking with her about it anticipated and neutralized a potential objection in the minds of many.

I agree. People don't want to have to support a guy for the rest of his life with their tax dollars. Even if one objects to the death penalty for more reasons, I think the economic reasons alone are enough to get over one's own scruples.

I object to the death penalty (even though murderers deserve it) but not for economic reasons. Convicted criminals could - and I think should - be put to work to earn their keep.

So, you object to the death penalty. But you're okay with using slave labor? Or do you think they should be paid for their work?

So, you object to the death penalty.

Even so, I believe that the state has the authority to impose the death penalty.

Do states have the duty to impose it? Are they defying God if / when they don’t?

But you're okay with using slave labor?

I am, for convicted murderers.

Or do you think they should be paid for their work?

If murderers were given a choice between slave labor for the remainder of their lives or being executed, which do you think they would choose?

I'm not sure what the point is that you are trying to make. It's not that simple.
There are certain criteria for an insanity plea---
He won't meet those.
There will be now.
Pastors hatch Pastors
Evangelist's hatch Evangelists
Martyrs hatch martyrs
Devil's hatch devils.
Liars hatch liars

Copies. I don't think there will be another Charlie. There will be others but no one just like him.
He was no one's parrot.- - -
highly intelligent, very disciplined, fiercely loyal, totally dedicated, a true believer, a diplomat, fair minded, and so much more.

I really respect his righteous anger and questions of Israel in the past year. He was not a blind shill anymore. No one can say he did this for money.
IN the End Charlie's Kirk's Catholic Wife will probably plead for the shooter's life, which will put him in prison for the American public to support for about 20 yrs.
She seems to be a lovely God-fearing person. I've heard she has left that to the authorities. I agree with that, although my reason is a little different. I don't believe Charlie would have asked for the death penalty either- not for a second. The authorities will do what they do. That's fine with me.

Taxes wont go up if he lives or down if he is is killed. What does that matter? I think he would rather die.
He was raised in a cult- maybe he never heard the true gospel, I know I never did being raised in the JWs- i had no idea. I had a list of rules to follow and a hope to "maybe" have a chance to earn life over a 1000 yr long judgment day..so my deeds in this life did not matter since when I died all of my sins would be paid for by dying.

So I don't know what this guy knew or what Mormons teach specifically- but he deserves a chance to learn the true gospel and to believe. That can take time if you have been taught very differently since you were a child. So even if he gets the death penalty I hope he is at least given the chance.
I hope they dont let Him write a Book while he's in there, and become filthy rich while He's waiting for parole.

Money doesn't help much sitting in a cell.

I agree that it could be an example, however most states no longer have it.-- so it wouldn't mean much. I think it's only 3 states now.

I don't think much other than his own hatred went through his mind.

I don't know. It doesn't seem like God objects very much.

I am, for convicted murderers.
I am, too. It's a controversial opinion to hold, but I don't care.

If murderers were given a choice between slave labor for the remainder of their lives or being executed, which do you think they would choose?
Probably slave labor. No one really wants to die.

This is brief but shows how kindly Charlie Kirk answered a transgender with a sincere question.

This is brief but shows how kindly Charlie Kirk answered a transgender with a sincere question.

That shows that Kirk was clearly on the right path ! and it goes to show how Satanic people would fear the Truth ! because fact is that Anti-Christ clearly can not handle the Truth !

So thats why they Rebell against reality and make up Lies and why they can not back such as their own possition up, so they live a Lie existance !

They will not debate C K or anyone because, they know such will only expose them in fact !

So they onlt bite back with short childish dribble, like a mate of mine 1300 can only manage, so as too bite back with nothing but pathetic short attacks of total simplton dribble, that their idolitry has sadly such a strong hold on such people, because they are clearly possessed by Demons !

Like who says things against C Kirk or bags his being killed like so, is clearly a total retard ! and Dangerious ! because one must clearly be Possessed !
