Don't be fooled.
There is an Israel.......the country =the state of Israel.
and
There is an Israel.......the people= All Christians anywhere on the face of the world.
Most people living in the state of Israel are not born again believers.

That's true. But not all are Christians.
Some are but the majority is not.
The ones that are not Christians will be lost.

[43] Therefore say I unto you [Israel], The kingdom of God shall be taken from you [who are of Israel], and given to a nation [of born again Christians] bringing forth the fruits thereof.
Please see: 1 Peter 2:1-10.
[9] But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
[10] Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Born again Christians are not a combination of two individual believers of Jews on one side and Gentiles on the other in Christ. A thousand times NO!!
Through faith in Christ, both-each have become born again of God's Holy Spirit and therefore HAVE BECOME a literal NEW CREATURE, aka a New creation!!
Try to digest the above in exactly how it is said. You do know the scriptures that support it.

It refers to the prophecies told to you by some Jews living in the world—prophecies about returning to the Promised Land, and about the God-led endeavor to kill all pagans in order to recapture that Promised Land.
