I hope that all here understand that Daniel 8:25 also applied to Antiochus IV Epiphanes of the Seleucid kingdom, who was a former General of Alexander the Great.
You can read the Jewish historical account (overview) about Antiochus in the book of 1 Maccabees.
In 2 Maccabees you will find more details.
Of course, this all took place during the prophecy of the 2300 LITERAL days (evenings and mornings).

But if instead, you want all of that to work out into the end days of our time, approx. 2,550 YEARS later from when Daniel prophesied of it, then you will have to fabricate and lie about the 70th week of 7.0 years in Dan. 9:24-27 and push that week of 7.0 years out into the far future and "stick it" onto our time and make up fiction stories about it.
However... before you do, be sure to speak to Jesus first, because it was HIS WEEK, when he came in the flesh and "visited" Israel.
