Would you say that you are healed now or at least that are you able to keep it in full remission with natural things other people can do too?
I would say that 99% of the time, it is a non-issue. And the episodes that happen on occasion are due to elevated cortisol levels. That's just my theory. I sometimes use red light therapy and that helps as well. But I lean heavily into the Lord when episodes try to come on again. They usually do not progress anywhere near what they once were.

I do still carry a lot of trauma (not my doings) and that is hard. I function very well. But at times, I have to just have to pull in with the Lord ....release and let go and allow Him to comfort and give me rest and strength. Sometimes I feel like Paul when he asked God to take his thorn in the flesh and God said, "My grace is sufficient." I'm grateful for all that He has done. God is good, and my life is hidden with Christ in God. ❤️

It's great to hear that even such severe issues can be resolved with conscious effort and determination on our part.

Psalm 27:13-14
13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.
14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
