Wow. Long time ago I knew of a person in Florida that was driving under the influence. She crashed and a person was killed. She got 15 years in prison. Every time her parole came up the parents of the dead person stopped her from getting released on parole. This was even after she was a model prisoner and teaching other inmates.

Well as He was already a criminal by entering the country illegally and then committing the crime of driving a big rig without a CDL, He should face vehicular manslaughter charges

I wonder what would happen to an illegal American trucker,no CDL, who kills three citizens in central or south America?

So the NM trooper let him off easy! Driver from India I see.

I used to be in the travel industry. In some Asian countries there are no driving lanes or rules. Drivers just go wherever they want to drive!

A fellow worker was in India...he said the drivers were crazy going all different directions at once. He actually landed in the hospital with ulcers in India! Because it was a sponsored trip by the Indian Tourist Board, they paid his hospital bill.

I was in Jakarta, Indonesia on a bus. Our bus and another bus were locked in a tussle...bumper to bumper, neither willing to give up an inch!

Well, I am amazed. Watching our local CBS news in Los Angeles, they actually spent a lot of time saying Singh is an illegal migrant who crossed the border from Mexico.

Also, they said he was under the influence of drugs! They said he should never have been allowed to get any license to drive the big rigs.

So,they're illegals,and they've killed people when not legally,oh,more illegal activity? I'm shocked, allowed to operate a dangerous weapon. Which is the semi truck.

The illegal Indian should be put to death. He murdered three people in Florida. A Capital Punishment State.

Any other illegal doing the same thing in non CP states should be sentenced to life without parole.
