But as POTUS, he has to appear gracious, objective, positive, try to win them over with a finacial deal and in turn require cooperation. He is trying to get as many Islamic nations to sign that Peace Treaty ( Abraham Accords). "You cooperate and we will be gracious and helpful, you mess with us and you'll lose." He will kindly let him know the benefits to his cooperation and everyone knows the consequences to going against him. "YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT MESSING WITH ISRAEL AND YOU'RE TOAST", will be understood as they shake hands ... but please do enjoy the gourmet lunch prepared especially for you - it was your Mom's recipe and your favorite."
