Hi everyone,

I received a small prophetic word for COVID, it is belated, I did not think to share it, but I think God is showing me the virus is still out there, it is not too late! The word is below:

God just spoke to me through a service on live-stream over the internet-He is saying that we do no realize it but this virus is a major milestone in the history of mankind, both for believers and also non-believers. The word of the Lord concerning COVID is here:

Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. 11 There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven. -Luke 21:11

Stay strong and do not let your heart be troubled! Look up, for your redemption draws nigh! Luke 21: 28

I believe that Christ will soon return and that the virus is a milestone in human history! This could reach into eternity!

Covid is causing earthquakes?

No, the meaning of "seismos" has the meaning of "turmoil," and the translators are stubbornly holding to their first attempt of translating this Greek word on the mistaken idea that they did not make any mistakes in their work of translating the Hebrew and Greek texts.

Turmoil enough these days.
Specially weather situations all across the US.
Every night reports of weather calamities.
Been going on for a long time.
What could be the cause of THAT?
Some biblical passages, such as the story of Noah's flood or the plagues of Egypt, depict God directly causing weather events.

God directly told Solomon that He was in control of the weather, pestilence and locusts in 2 Chron 7:12ff and also provided the solution that would cause God to heal the Land for the people who are called by His Name.

Seems to me that many Christians are unwilling to follow God's directives so that their land can be healed.

God does not bring calamities. Have you forgotten that Jesus said it was the Devil who came to steal, kill and destroy?
Solomon did not know about a devil so all events were attributed to God.
Attributing calamities to God is none other than playing right into the devil's hand.....cuz that's what he wants you to believe.....and who can rest in trust of God if he brings calamities?

Perhaps, this passage will clarify what I had posted.

2 Chronicles 7:13-15: - 12 Then the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said to him: "I have heard your prayer, and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice. 13 When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.

I understand exactly what you posted Jay. It's not that I don't get your point of view. You are using these texts to confirm that it is God who sends calamities, pestilence, droughts and locusts etc, in the same vane that Isaiah tells us God creates both good and evil, heals and kills......however, I don't think you understand my point or why I make it.

So let me ask you this, how is it there is contradiction between what the Prophets believed and wrote, even attributing it to God saying so on this subject and what Jesus and the Apostles are telling us?
Now you might say there is no contradiction......so will I need to rub your nose into the contradictions?

“The Lord takes vengeance on His adversaries,
And He reserves wrath for His enemies.
The Lord is slow to anger and great in power,
And the Lord will by no means leave the guilty unpunished.
In whirlwind and storm is His way
He dries up all the rivers
Basham and Carmel wither;
The blossoms of Lebanon wither.” —Nahum 1;2

The primary sin being committed around the world at this moment is that if the nations of the world act God like and if they do "A", "b" and "C" then they can change the weather patterns so that "Climate Change" can be turned around and the weather will return to what we had known in the past.

In 2003 the Coalition of the Willing under the leadership of the USA invaded Iraq, i.e. the Land of Babylon, to heal the Land instead of destroying the Land. By going against God's plans for the Land of Babylon, i.e. The nation of Iraq today, they were acting God Like in what they had set out to do to heal the land of Babylon instead of destroying the Land of Babylon. (Jer 50 -51)

In 1926 AD God remembered the land of Babylon once more to receive His cup of wrath once more when Britian and France established the nation of Iraq with dominion over the Land of Babylon which had laid devastated and desolated since around 120 BC. The first king of the north, i.e. the King of the Seleucid Empire, gathered the people of Babylon and their utility structures and loaded them onto wagons and carted them into the Seleucid Empire and scattered them, to its four corners. For around 2,000 plus years Jeremiah's prophecy that Babylon would remain devastated and desolated for two ages/generation but the translators in their own wisdom modified a finite prophecy into an infinite prophecy by their translation of this verse.

1763937078538.png
This is how the NKJV has translated Jer 50:39: -

39“Therefore the wild desert beasts shall dwell there with the jackals,
And the ostriches shall dwell in it.
It shall be inhabited no more forever,
Nor shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation.

However, this is how I believe it should have been translated based on the recorded history that has happen to the Land of Babylon: -

39 "Therefore, the wild desert beasts shall dwell there with the jackals,
And the ostriches shall dwell in it.
Nor shall it be inhabited for a period of time,
It shall not be dwelt in for two ages.

The translators have not considered the historical record for the Land of Babylon and so they have misled many with their translation(s).

Britian and France did their part in establishing a nation over the Land of Babylon, however, the nations that invaded Iraq in 2003 to heal the land instead of destroying it are now being punished for their going against God's wishes for the nations to destroy the land of Babylon. Jer 51:14-16 sets out what is happening in our respective nations.

What is required is for the People who are called by His name to humble themselves and to repent of their sin(s) so that God can hear their cries from Heaven and Heal our respective lands.

There are enough references to Satan/Devil in the OT for the OT people to understand that Satan/Devil was a real entity who roamed the world looking for people he could cause to sin against God.

Perhaps, as you suggest, Jesus . . . .??????

I'm surprised you are unfamiliar with these listed here.
1.....Leviticus 20:10 commands adulterers be stoned. John 8:11 has Jesus dismissing Leviticus 20:10 (neither do I condemn you.)
2....1 Chronicles 10:14 has The Lord slaying King Saul. 1 Samuel 31:4 has Saul suiciding.

That one there says both of them were to be put to death, and even though they were caught in the very act of adultery they only dragged the woman before Jesus

Lev 20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

John 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

Where is the adulterer they were supposed to bring forward along with adulteress there? They were caught in the very acts (together)
but they bring her alone to Jesus to tempt him concerning what Moses said.

It is said by some that John 8:11 is not in the orginal Greek manuscripts

It does say here that God will judge adulterers here though

Heb 13:14 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

Leviticus 20:9-16: - 9 'For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death/die the second death. He has cursed his father or his mother. His blood shall be upon him.

10 'The man who commits adultery with another man's wife, he who commits adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress, shall surely be put to death/die the second death. 11 The man who lies with his father's wife has uncovered his father's nakedness; both of them shall surely be put to death/shall die the second death. Their blood shall be upon them. 12 If a man lies with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death/shall die the second death. They have committed perversion. Their blood shall be upon them. 13 If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death/shall die the second death. Their blood shall be upon them. 14 If a man marries a woman and her mother, it is wickedness. They shall be burned with fire, both he and they, that there may be no wickedness among you. 15 If a man mates with an animal, he shall surely be put to death/die the second death, and you shall kill the animal. 16 If a woman approaches any animal and mates with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal. They/She shall surely be put to death/shall die the second death. Their blood is upon them.

John 8:1-12: - Jesus the Light of the World

8:1 But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.

2 Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them. 3 Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, 4 they said to Him, "Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. 5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?" 6 This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.

7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." 8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, "Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?"

11 She said, "No one, Lord."

And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more."

12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."
NKJV
I believe that your conclusion is flawed in this first point that you made.

2....1 Chronicles 10:14 has The Lord slaying King Saul. 1 Samuel 31:4 has Saul suiciding.

1 Chronicles 10:13-14: - 13 So Saul died for his unfaithfulness which he had committed against the Lord, because he did not keep the word of the Lord, and also because he consulted a medium for guidance. 14 But he did not inquire of the Lord; therefore He killed him, and turned the kingdom over to David the son of Jesse.

1 Samuel 31:4-6: - 4 Then Saul said to his armorbearer, "Draw your sword, and thrust me through with it, lest these uncircumcised men come and thrust me through and abuse me."

But his armorbearer would not, for he was greatly afraid. Therefore, Saul took a sword and fell on it. 5 And when his armorbearer saw that Saul was dead, he also fell on his sword, and died with him. 6 So Saul, his three sons, his armorbearer, and all his men died together that same day.

3....1 Chronicles 21:1 has Satan inciting King David to number Israel. 2 Samuel 24:1 has God inciting King David to number Israel

1 Chronicles 21:1-8: The Census of Israel and Judah
(2 Sam 24)

21:
1 Now Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel. 2 So David said to Joab and to the leaders of the people, "Go, number Israel from Beersheba to Dan, and bring the number of them to me that I may know it."

3 And Joab answered, "May the Lord make His people a hundred times more than they are. But my lord the king, are they not all my lord's servants? Why then does my lord require this thing? Why should he be a cause of guilt in Israel?"

4 Nevertheless the king's word prevailed against Joab. Therefore, Joab departed and went throughout all Israel and came to Jerusalem. 5 Then Joab gave the sum of the number of the people to David. All Israel had one million one hundred thousand men who drew the sword, and Judah had four hundred and seventy thousand men who drew the sword. 6 But he did not count Levi and Benjamin among them, for the king's word was abominable to Joab.

7 And God was displeased with this thing; therefore, He struck Israel. 8 So David said to God, "I have sinned greatly, because I have done this thing; but now, I pray, take away the iniquity of Your servant, for I have done very foolishly."

1 Samuel 24:1-4, 10-17: - David's Census of Israel and Judah
(1 Chron 21:1-6)

24:
1 Again the anger of the Lord was aroused against Israel, and He moved David against them to say, "Go, number Israel and Judah."

2 So the king said to Joab the commander of the army who was with him, "Now go throughout all the tribes of Israel, from Dan to Beersheba, and count the people, that I may know the number of the people."

3 And Joab said to the king, "Now may the Lord your God add to the people a hundred times more than there are and may the eyes of my lord the king see it. But why does my lord the king desire this thing?" 4 Nevertheless the king's word prevailed against Joab and against the captains of the army. Therefore, Joab and the captains of the army went out from the presence of the king to count the people of Israel.
. . . . .

10 And David's heart condemned him after he had numbered the people. So, David said to the Lord, "I have sinned greatly in what I have done; but now, I pray, O Lord, take away the iniquity of Your servant, for I have done very foolishly."

11 Now when David arose in the morning, the word of the Lord came to the prophet Gad, David's seer, saying, 12 "Go and tell David, 'Thus says the Lord: "I offer you three things; choose one of them for yourself, that I may do it to you."'" 13 So Gad came to David and told him; and he said to him, "Shall seven years of famine come to you in your land? Or shall you flee three months before your enemies, while they pursue you? Or shall there be three days' plague in your land? Now consider and see what answer I should take back to Him who sent me."

14 And David said to Gad, "I am in great distress. Please let us fall into the hand of the Lord, for His mercies are great; but do not let me fall into the hand of man."

15 So the Lord sent a plague upon Israel from the morning till the appointed time. From Dan to Beersheba seventy thousand men of the people died. 16 And when the angel stretched out His hand over Jerusalem to destroy it, the Lord relented from the destruction, and said to the angel who was destroying the people, "It is enough; now restrain your hand." And the angel of the Lord was by the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.

17 Then David spoke to the Lord when he saw the angel who was striking the people, and said, "Surely I have sinned, and I have done wickedly; but these sheep, what have they done? Let Your hand, I pray, be against me and against my father's house."

Perhaps it is not I who is unfamiliar with the context of these passges.

Ahhhh Jay, I had credited you with a better reply. You have side stepped by quoting text which I am familiar with but you personally haven't said anything of significance regarding our conversation.
