Just as they do today all around the world put Fluoride in the water ! when their is nothing worthy to put such in at all but for young kids teeth some what ? but it's only toxic over 12yo or so. Children can easy have milk with quality Fluoride at school, like I did and my mum gave us a Fluoride pill for a wile after the Government droped giving the Milk for schools.

In my towns drinking water, They were busted puting 3 times the legal amount of Fluoride in for us to swallow ! now how the hell could that happen ? No way ! it must of been an experment !
