I never understood the term "War Crimes" if you are in war....... what do you do and not do? It's like saying two opposing sports teams, one out scoring the other so bad it's embarrassing, do they stop scoring before the game is over?

Now in saying that, whose war is this? t.r.u.m.p. and hesgeth? or( whatever way you spell his name) lying talking about they never order the bombing on the survivors.
Doing some research, the
things considered "war crimes"

Article 8 (2) (c)War crime of murder.

8 (2) (c) (i)-2. War crime of mutilation. ...

8 (2) (c) (i)-3. War crime of cruel treatment. 8 (2) (c) (i)-4. ...

8 (2) (c) (ii) War crime of outrages upon personal dignity. 8 (2) (c) (iii)
War crime of taking hostages.

8 (2) (c) (iv) War crime of sentencing or execution without due process.

I'm not really debating on this because I'm still not sure if "war crimes" is something that should even be considered during war...... maybe one of you guys can explain it better.

“War Crimes” is a machination scheme by the victors of a conflict against the vanquished under the pretext of moral outrage and legal preceding.

Against Trump, it is an extension of cultural Marxist inspired lawfare. Gaslighting Demonrats talk and act as if they have the power, have the popular support of the people, won the election and are the voice of righteousness.

In truth, most of government functioning has always been outside judicial review. The language shows our culture drifting toward a totalitarian State by expanding litigation in all things.

A careful reading of The Rights of Man by Thomas Paine shows this defect in the central organizing principle of men is centuries old and repeats the stranglehold of God-given Liberty by precedent towards the Administrative State of elites in a far off bureaucratic citadel.

To re-establish our God-given Liberty societies most often have to “appeal to Heaven” via violent revolution, where the overthrow of the government AND its entangling precedents are erased, I.e., the men in power AND everything they represent. A reset of government and a more equitable reset of society. See the Russian Revolution of 1917.

Cicero said the more laws a country has, the more corrupt it is. America has more laws, regulations, ordinances and controlling legal authority rulings than any nation in human history.

“War crimes” is like “hate speech” in that they are constructs by the elite to bludgeon the common man. “Hate speech” is any speech those in power don’t like. “War crimes” is any act by the those in power post-conflict don’t like. Hope this helps.

Remember World War II and what happened during that time; then you will understand the United Nations and the Geneva Conventions established afterward and their purpose.

"War crimes" is usually what one side calls another side when they don't like what they're doing. The object of any war should be to win by any means necessary, and preferably with overwhelming force. It seems around the Vietnam War we changed the way we fight, preferring "safer" wars with minimal civilian casualties. But that just prolongs the conflict and costs more lives in the end. It's also not how wars have been waged since the dawn of time. War is hell; it's best to get it over with as quickly as possible.

If this is in regard to Trump taking out narco boats, it's not much different than what Thomas Jefferson did during the Barbary War. Barbary pirates were attacking American merchant ships, taking the crews captive, and demanding tribute. Jefferson's solution was to send Navy warships to blast them out of the water. Problem solved. I'm sure if Dems were around then, they would have accused Jefferson of war crimes too.

We have war crimes because civilized nations have agreed certain things are unlawful even in war.

In order for war crimes to exist there needs to be a declaration of war. Ukraine and Russia have a formal war.

The USA and Venezuela do not.

What we have between our two nations is a group of state sponsored terrorists attacking the US by non-conventional means. (Drugs)

War Crimes are something committed by signatory nations to the Geneva Convention.

Venezuela never signed.
Terrorist groups were never invited to sign.
Mercenaries are not a nation. They are a private corporation. Not subject to the same conventions, rules, and regulations as government soldiers. (Nations hire mercenaries for lots of things they want done but can't do them with their soldiers)

So..
I have ZERO compassion for those who do not own the emotion "remorse". And killing them while swimming is an undeserved kindness versus allowing them to drown slowly.

The only wars in the last century that the USA fought was against evil. WW1 war crimes were against Germany. In WW2, the war crimes were against Germany and Japan and Germany split in half. The Korean conflict was against communism, the Korean peninsula spit. The Vietnam conflict was against communism. The United States committed no war crimes. Right now, the USA is fighting terrorism plain and simple. Venezuela is exporting drugs and gangs into the United States on purpose and killing young adults because it. Russia and China are not supporting Venezuela at all. they know what they 've been up to. Its not just the drug boats, it is submarines also and plane flights.

The US left countries in a mess after previous conflicts.
This has been happening since the Korean war.

The Vietnam conflict was against communism.
The US lost that war.
1000s of lost young American lives, and what for?
Same in Korea and others.

War is hell and Christians should not be promoting war.

The only terrorist I see is Pete Hegseth.
The United States is being hauled before an international human rights tribunal for the killing of civilians;
the "Christian" Secretary of "War" is facing impeachment for murder.

wrong. Nixon bombed them to smithereens until they signed an armistice. Then it was an internal war the communist lost. Now we are friends with Vietnam.

The 10 commandments do not say don't fight terrorists who are killing people in Canada and the USA. All nations have a right to protect their citizens.

Trump, Putin, Netanyahu, Pete the US Secretary if War Crimes,
the whole gallery of strongmen, is united not by ideology but by a shared conviction that human life is disposable and accountability is optional.

And so far they have failed to provide proof these little boats are carrying drugs.
If they had proof I am sure the great leader Trump would blast it all over the news and his bizarre late night social posts.

Your opinion only.
So is yours.
------------
The Pentagon is now in full institutional collapse:

Internally dissenting officers,
congressional committees investigating their own Secretary of War Crimes,
and a growing sense among Republicans that Pete H. may survive the scandal but not the job....
