Maybe that author mentioned language that adheres to a globe earth model. However that is not the focus here, buddy. The focus is their testimony of measuring the moon at nearly half the visual size of itself at differing times.
I'm not saying their message is as true as Gospel. I'm showing that people are claiming to record the moon nearly doubling in it's visual size. You can reject that it happens if you want.
It could be true that they measured the moon visually changing sizes, but they are wrong about the global horizon part. So focus and handle this objection like a rational person please.
