i want to share with you and @Nancy @TLHKAJ @Marvelloustime @Lizbeth @Debp @ewq1938 @Earburner and anyone else i missed
that for the past year i sense my time here is coming to an end.

My main concern is for Danny and Micaiah who have serious health issues.

My wife will miss me but be fine as she loves the Lord and has a special anointing on her life.

Sadly , FOR THEM , a lot of those who profess to be christain
DARN SURE wont miss me if i were to go HOME .
But JESUS told us my friend . HE told us ye will not be loved by the world .
Only sadly much of christendom is now of the world and does not even know it .

Always let us remember
that if anything contradicts GOD ALL MIGHTY then it must be corrected .
And let us remember What HE once said through the prophets
DOES NOT MY WORDS WORK GOOD to those WHO DO THEM .
but much of even christendom are not hearers and doers of The word .
This is a very sad time to see this . Lots of v exation
lots of suffering to have to see t his people continue TO DENY THE ONLY GOD who could have saved them .
its been tough at times my friend .
Whoever sold this generation on the lie that those who KNOW GOD , try and help ths people
Will have the approval of men ,and a big huge minstiry with lots of love from men .
LIED . in fact the reason so many men are loved in ministry , IS B ECAUSE they do NOTHING b ut please man
and wont do anything for the good of this people . ITS ALL ab out they best life now
More income , more this more that , easy life ,
BUT THAT IS NOT the life of a true man of GOD . HE will hated , even by those who he loves and tries to help and warn .
The cost is the cost and times will get worse my friend .
BUT THE SHEEP HAVE THE LORD , AND HE BE OUR JOY an d OUR HOPE and our end IS GOOD .

Notice this king ahab BLAMEDE ELIJAH for all the troubles , drought , things that came upon israel .
BUT IT WAS DUE TO THEIR SINS this came upon them .
THEY always blame GOD and HIS SHEEP
when the fault lies ON THEM . REPENTANCE IS THE SOLUTION , ONLY THEY WONT DO IT .

Now what is the greatest love put upon the heart of the sheep .
TO LOVE GOD ABOVE ALL , first and foremost before all , ev en wife , even son , even daughter or etc . and then to love his neighb or as himself .
So tell me

I'm praying for you and your family, brother.
Do you take iron, B12, garlic, etc? Red light therapy is proven to help the heart, even lower blood pressure.

I will be changing some things around and drop the coffee(even though we buy whole organic beans made with spring water).

I will be changing some things around and drop the coffee(even though we buy whole organic beans made with spring water).

Will begin my day with green drinks and/or crella and/or spirulina

Wow, excellent. I do carnivore for the last 3 years but I too am very health aware and when I typed my previous comment, crella and spirulina came to mind as they are blood builders. We used those for my youngest son, Matthew, when he was battling cancer. (My baby is Home now...he was 17 when he went Home.)

I battled cov.d last year for a few months during a time of intense stress. After that, I had heart symptoms that I never had previously. (I've not taken the j.b.) I found out I had blood clots. That will cause elevated heart rate as well. I treated them myself with garlic, curcumin, Vitamin E, nattokinase, serrapeptase, Omega-3, Vitamin D3+K2. It worked. I am still on that protocol, but a maintenance dose.

Taurine is also good for the heart ....they say D-ribose ...all things to check into. Also, lots of good clean water, rest .....and I do experience relief with red light therapy. There is a small belt I bought off Amazon for under $20 and it fits well right over your heart and you can leave it on and fall right to sleep. It has a timer.

crella and spirulina came to mind as they are blood builders. We used those for my youngest son, Matthew, when he was battling cancer. (My baby is Home now...he was 17 when he went Home.)

My son was given a less than 1% chance to live a year. He made it 2 and a half years with a lot of vitality through most of that time. I often feel like I failed him, didn't do enough ...but my son had the strongest faith in God, and joy, generosity, and love spilled from him everywhere he went. I know God could have healed him in a second. As mom, it's still hard.

Anyway ...the ch.lorella and spirulina worked so well they often let him skip blood draws bc they knew his blood work would be great. My son was severely targeted, though .... that's a whole other subject.

About RLT (red light therapy) it'll help you relax and fall asleep and you'll sleep like a baby.
