What law is is that applies to a dictator who stays in office after his term expired?

United States law does not apply to Venezuela. By attacking Venezuela militarily and kidnapping the president, the United States has violated that country's sovereignty; the very thing that the United States and it's allies condemn Russia for with regards to Ukraine.

Regarding federal law, I quoted the law that authorizes Trump.

Regarding precedent, I cited how Reagan, Clinton, and Obama did more in bombing other countries. No one made the hysterical claims when they did it.

They also broke international law by bombing countries without a declaration of war. However, those presidents you cited didn't invade other countries and say "we're taking over" like Trump just did. Furthermore, Trump has confirmed that this is about the oil. This makes him an imperial president.

Bush at least got approval from the United States Congress to launch his imperial wars of aggression. Trump appears to just be allowed to do as he pleases and the Congress does nothing.

Again, the United States cannot demand that other countries follow, and be accountable to, international law, while continuously violating it themselves.
