God blesses us and asks us to seek the heavenly gifts, not always the earthly gifts. God desires us to be a happy and pleasant people with both.

Heavenly gifts are found spiritually given from God.

Matthew, Chapter 6

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Many spiritual blessings from God are manifest, like keeping us safe, delivering us our daily needs. If we say, "we live", we are blessed. Someday, we are blessed beyond measure. We give thanks by helping others when we have extra. Fasting and praying to be more spiritual. Hoping to receive spiritual gifts from our lord and savior.

Many manifestations of God's un-ending love for us can be seen today as sciences and societies that please the lord. Societies where people are pleasant and happy, where peace is present among them and us. When things are chaotic God often provides peace in spirit to his children.

Gifts of knowledge and wisdom among other gifts of Gods spirit:

1 Corinthians, Chapter 12

8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

...

Acts of the Apostles, Chapter 2

15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

You can look up the full texts from the bible, I have included what is necessary here above.

Sciences and devices can be used for good or evil. And the knowledge of all things are a manifestation of God's gifts on the earth.

God also created the universe, earth and all things were good as recorded in Genesis. Jesus also created with God's spirit. Us included were created in physical form and in the image of God.

We can share our Gifts when we feel motivated to do so.

Thank You,

Devin, @Raccoon1010

Note in Acts 2:15 that the supposition of those observing believers clearly engulfed in the Spirit would be that alcohol is involved.

Would not the blessing of the Almighty provide an enduring euphoria?

Non-believers have no concept of the pure joy which emanates from the internal presence of God such that the fullest experience of such overflowing bliss rightly intimidates them if they don't dismiss it with scoffing.

But there is no end nor limit to the wealth and variety of gifts from God.

I see you have learned much...

Euphoria is associated with drugs, including opioids used for medical pain relief.

The holy spirit does sometimes provide pain relief but I don't think I would relate the 2 together. God's spirit is not addictive. He comforts with fatherly love, grace and peace, joy in works and in congregations and worship of our lord and king, Jesus the Christ.

Non-believers do experience happiness and joy in families and friends. Something given Adam and Eve I believe. Serving each other in healthy ways can bring those feelings of joy into our lives. Investments of time, effort and our wealth can provide the propper environment for us to grow in love for one another.

And Non-believers do understand those areas in ways. A wise disciple of Christ knows that and invites them into a more abundant and meaningful life with God.

We live here on earth maybe 80+ years. But God's life and heavenly gifts of the resurrection are eternal and never ending. Which never ends. Here on earth we might suffer, so the never ending might not be readily appealing to them. When we explain the resurrection and no longer suffering, but instead peace and meaningful happiness, which is also explained in scripture, it begins to be inviting perhaps.

Cheers,

I have the best Teacher :)

Euphoria comes from latin "eu" meaning "good" or "well" and phoria comes from latin "ferre" which means "to carry" or "to bear," effectively meaning the bliss with which it is associated is meant to be the result of one who is carried well by the joy of the presence of God.

Words are so frequently misused and misapplied and misunderstood today because the general population has strayed so far from the lexical definitions which are tied to the actual roots of words and are instead content with colloquially appropriated meanings.

I would still assert that the presence of the Spirit is a near complete mystery to anyone who believes there may be more than One.
