How do you know? Do you understand that there is no such thing as an atheist? Everyone has a god, sometimes many gods, but if they were honest, they would admit that their god doesn't satisfy the deep longing of the heart. To know Him, the only true God. Pagans, idolaters, animist, ancestor worship, all false gods that cannot and do not answer in truth. Anyone who sincerely was searching for truth will bypass the lies, the superstitions, the myths, the witchdoctors and the priests, and reach out for Truth.

I agree that not all have heard the gospel. But what is the gospel, and what's to stop God from speaking directly to people and revealing Himself in places and to people that are otherwise unreachable? Muslims who are searching are meeting Jesus in dreams.
