So far, The United States has not formally declared war on Iran.

The US no longer explicitly does this. The last time was 1942. The way to tell the US is at war with you is death and destruction is raining from the skies. It’s the universal language.

I could understand if America was under attack but Iran hasn't done anything to America. It's the USA who is the one attacking as always. They need wars to keep their industrial military complex going. I bet oil is a big motivator, again.

I don't know much about this war, I don't watch the news much, it depresses me.
But im very surprised how many Christians on this forum support this war. I personally don't support any war at all. I only support peace. Jesus preached to love one another, including our enemies and war is the complete opposite of that.

Since you don't watch the news: President Trump had to do a preemptive strike on Iran because Israel was going to strike Iran. Iran would have then struck our USA military bases with missiles...which would have resulted in many U.S. deaths and injuries.

Also Iran was two weeks away from completing a nuclear weapon. You don't want a terrorist nation with a nuclear weapon... especially one always yelling Death to America.

Curious. What is your view on Hitler? Do you think the Allied forces were wrong to stop him from exterminating more people in gas ovens and free countries coming under his dictatorship?

Again,I think when Christians judge the secular worlds politics, we have to remember our own Bible reports God engaging in war,politics,to secure wealth and power for his chosen.

And also,as we levy criticism and judgement,we do so in a free society. One that was made so due to war. And we went to war as a Christian nation.

I read a book called Sadam's Bomb Maker (he was forced to head up that department).
He said people were so afraid of Sadam Hussein that they would not even look at him. If they looked at him funny, he took out a gun and killed them on the spot!!!

Years ago since I read the book...I think the bomb maker eventually was able to defect.
