Yes or No.

Romans
11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

Do you believe that the purpose of doing this is to make sinners feel comfortable?(look we do the same bad things.)

Ephesians
2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

It was G.K. Chesterton who said "The doctrine of original sin is the one Christian dogma that is empirically verifiable." Yes, as your Romans 11:32 quote confirms, we are all encircled in disobedience. Why God would make it so, we can only speculate.

Mercy is available to all but one must turn from their sin and get born again and live for the Lord in order to actually obtain mercy
>>>>>>>"one must turn from their sin
and you no longer sin ?

Everybody sins! That's why Jesus told us to ask forgiveness DAILY!
How old are you,brother?
isaiah 30:15
For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

Yes, every day in some way we all sin in either thought, desire, word, deed or fail to do what is right.

That has nothing to do with what Jesus said.

Paul was taught by Jesus.

Matthew 6:9-12 (NKJV)

11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.

My thoughts, differences between A&E and us. A&E had a choice, we don't. We are not created as an adult in Paradise living in the wonderful presence of God with just one simple commandment. Unlike A&E we are born totally helpless, are in need for much care, are dependent of who our parents are (not God), overloaded with right's and wrong's, do's and dont's during our upbringing, if we are lucky we are born in a Christian country, even more lucky in a Christian family. If we are lucky we are told about God and come to the realization that we are sinners and that we have to make a choice, before or against Him. And fight sin. It's a life full of spiritual struggle and then we die, nothing we can do about it, we are what we are and we are totally incomparable to A&E. I wish I would have had the same chance as A&E, living in the presence of God's love, I surely would not eat of the forbidden tree, or did I had that chance already? Born guilty of sin, is that a fair question?

Even Augustine considered it - Tell me, I beg you, tell your miserable suppliant, merciful God, whether my infancy was itself the sequel to some earlier age, now dead and gone. Was there nothing before it, except the life I lived in my mother's womb? Some information about that has been given me, and I have myself seen pregnant women. But then, my God, my sweetness, what came before that? Was I somewhere else? Was I even someone? I have nobody to tell me: neither father nor mother could enlighten me, nor the experience of others, nor any memory of my own. Are you laughing at me for asking you these questions, and are you perhaps commanding me to praise you and confess to you simply about what I do know?

Original sin, sinful nature, or born in a fallen state.

Tell me.

Do you believe that God deliberately encircles people in disobedience?

Selfishness, self absorption and covetousness have been handed down to mankind genetically since Adam's fall. These miserable qualities were not in Adam when he came from the hands of his Creator because we are told he was made in God's image.

The language title of the OP above becomes slippery when coupled with the quoted Romans 11:32.

God does not encircle anyone in disobedience deliberately or otherwise. This implication is perverse.

Since God wanted to make all people righteous through faith, He revealed all His patience, so that His righteousness might be manifested in the unfaithful.

>>>>>>>"one must turn from their sin

And you continue living in sin, advocating for sin???
Why not accept and live by what God says in His Word and stop living in rebellion against Him?

1 John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil

John 8:34
Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

1 John 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin,
because he is born of God.

1 John 3:7
Little children, let no man deceive you: he that DOES righteousness is righteous, even as he is
righteous.

1 John 3:6
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

1 John 5:18
We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth
himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

1 Corinthians 15:34
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your
shame.

1 John 2:1
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not.

1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood
of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Galatians 5:16
Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

2 Peter 1:4
Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be
partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

2 Peter 2:14,15
Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they
have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of
Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

Romans 6:1,2
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Romans 11:22
Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee,
goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the
flesh, but after the Spirit.

Romans 8:6
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Romans 8:13,14
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the
body, ye shall live.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

2 Timothy 2:21
If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet
for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

Unless they continually reject what God says in His Word and keep living in rebellion against Him

I asked >> and you no longer sin ?
You said >>"And you continue living in sin, advocating for sin???
Was a simple YES or NO too hard for you ?

I quoted God's Word that tells us to NOT sin.

Ignore God's instructions at your own peril

Now, the other day I dropped something on the floor which shows I'm not perfect in the literal sense so that should give you and your spirit guides that warm and fuzzy feeling
