Well, yes, God's true Jews of His Israel, His household, as Paul defines them in Romans 2:28-29... "no one is a Jew who is merely one outwardly, nor is circumcision outward and physical... a Jew is one inwardly, and circumcision is a matter of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter... His praise is not from man but from God." So yes, true Jews of God's Israel, which includes all, regardless of ethnicity ~ so physical (by the letter) Jew and Gentile alike ~ who are born again of the Spirit, regenerate of the heart and thus in Christ.
