There is a close consensus among Bible scholars that Jesus was born in 3 BC.

Using the number 2000 for observations.

It would that in 1997 it is 2000 years ago Jesus was born.

Did anything specific important happened in - or with Israel in that year?

It would be that next year (2027) it will be 2000 years ago Jesus started His mission.

Will there be signs of His coming ?

It would be that in 2030 it will be 2000 years ago Jesus victoriously defeated death.

Will Jesus return in 2030?

Of course without knowing the day or the hour.

30 AD - New covenant in the blood of Christ

Hi, if it turns out to be 2030 and nothing happens then what?

Speculate and one can live their whole life on a lie.

I don’t trust people as it is. They constantly berate me cause I believe Jesus came back already and I trust the Apostles did not ever lie to the people they wrote too.

My thoughts are people hate this world, or they hate their lives or they just get tired of living and they just want to escape.

If you make predications and they don’t come true then make excuses for it after the fact that person was just a liars to begin with… why bother trusting them?

So many false predictions people have made through-out the years, cult abuse and other problems.


In the end I continue to choose to believe what Jesus had said to the people he talked to as well as the apostles….

God doesn’t intervene with me and say “Matthew you gotta believe like everyone else about my son coming back.”

He lets me think and doesn’t scold me for having faith in son who came and rescued the bride in his day and age.

I’m so grateful to no longer worry about all those things anymore being set on this foundation Christ established right?

He was telling them; the apostles was telling people: and if Jesus lied all out I wouldn’t even believe in him.

I don’t have to think about it anymore I just have faith it happened and move forward in life it’s amazing!

And Yahweh doesn’t condemn me for it. Praise him and his son.

Herod died around March 4 BC so for the murder of innocence to occur Yeshua had to be born before that.
Herod's death was associated with an eclipse.

So lets say Yeshua was born late in 5 BC. So lets count from 4 BC. There is no year zero.
4-3-2-1---1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30
So from march BC to April 30 AD is 33 whole years and some months.

My dear brother, speculation is not the same as prophecy, there are people who look forward to Jesus bodily return (Zach 14) that will end all the suffering and will be the prelude to the restoration of God's original creation, living in the presence with Him, like A&E.

If I have understood some your earlier postings well then I do believe like you that the great tribulation Jesus speaks of (Matt 24) already happened.

Yes, Christ had to have been born before "March 4BC" when Herod died while Jesus had been taken down towards Egypt. The question is how many days before Herod had all the babies in Bethlehem, under the age of 2 years old, killed, was Christ born. I would suggest that Christ was around 4 to 5 days old when Joseph had his dream to go down to Egypt. The Gospel accounts of Jesus' birth does not tell us when or where Jesus was circumcised. We are only told that the night after the Wise men left that Joseph had a dream to leave Bethlehem.

And the days of short lived Beasts being put for the years of lived kingdoms, the period of 1260 days, if dated from the complete conquest of the three kings A.C. 800, will end A.C. 2060." - Isaac Newton

As Charlemagne was crowned king on December 25, 800 by Pope Leo the III so the day of Christ's coming may be on Christmas Day, 2060. If the rapture of the saints (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17) occurs seven years before the time of Christ's coming the date of the rapture 12.25 2053. However Isaac Newton notes...

This I mention not to assert when the time of the end shall be, but to put a stop to the rash conjectures of fancifull men who are frequently predicting the time of the end, & by doing so bring the sacred prophesies into discredit as often as their predictions fail. Well we do not know His birthday.....but it does make sense.

Yes, we do not know the exact day of His birth. My understanding is that Christ was born at the start of the third age of the existence of the Israelite people, i.e. at the start of the fifth age of mankind.
