I don't think anybody hates Israel. Many just see it for what it is. I support Israel as friend in the middle east. At least they are brave enough to fight, unlike Europe.
Then why do they constantly attack Israel for defending itself? They are supporting the enemies of the US also.

Trump erupted Benjamin Netanyahu during a recent phone call over Israel’s escalating operations in Lebanon, warning that further escalation could isolate Israel and derail the Iran negotiations.
The quotes were colourful enough that they will not be repeated on television without extensive editing.

Genesis 15:18-21 is a description of the land that God entered into covenant with Abram to give to Abram's descendants after him for a period of time approaching 80 years but was taken from them after the death of King Solomon. The Genesis 15:18-21 passage was a sign covenant that was given to confirm to Abram's descendants that when the held possession of the prescribed land that they in the distant future would inherent the whole earth.
The return to the land of Canaan was the descendants of Abraham acting in their own strength in an attempt to force God's hand before the completion of the fourth age of the visitation of the father's iniquities, during the first two ages of their existence, of their idolatrous worship.
God still want Israel to be scattered throughout the whole earth until the time of the final judgement to be like yeast among the nations to draw many into a committed relationship with God through their acceptance that Jesus is the Son of God.

If you know your scriptures you would know the prophecy in Genesis 15:16 where God told Abraham that some of his descendants would return to the land where he was living in their own strength and that they would do so without any help from God.
You would also know this prophetic word: -
Genesis 28:13-15: - 13 And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: "I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the earth on which you lie I will give this entity to your descendants. 14 Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; they shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families inhabiting My fertile soil shall be blessed. 15 Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go and will bring you back to my fertile soil; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you."
