Today is june eighth . In twenty two days it shall be the thiritieth . My how the days fly by like a vapor dear sister .
To the trenches one and all . june seventh was another ones birthday we knew long ago .
Well birthdays come and go . I had a real special one on may thiritieth as i turned twenty years old .
Twenty years ago i was drawn to Christ and put right into that bible to learn .

Just remember seven layers on the lips might be seven sizes on the hips . LOL . now to the t renches one and all .
I usually eat a fat ol spoon of cacao powder with a table spoon of olive oil . ITS real good too . and good for you as well .
One hundred percent cocao powder and with the olive oil
it makes it taste very very good . But remember only a spoon full of the cacao . cause more than that is too much .
