There some in this world that rather bend the knee to demons than to tread on snakes and scorpions.
Remember when Jesus sent his disciples seventy of them, 2x2, and gave them POWER, that POWER is His POWER that works in us and through us in His Holy Name.
This is not the time to be sitting in our rocking chairs waiting for the world to turn to darkness around us.

Let's just rip this verse out of the book ok?

Luk 10:19
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Just ignore that.

Jesus gave us an example to walk in, Yes?????

Mat 12:28
But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

I don't think a lot of "Christians" actually believe what The Lord says.

If I cast out devils, which we have been given the POWER to do , In His Name, and to tread on serpents, and scorpions, and How about heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, and cast out devils,
Which Jesus says, freely ye have recieved, freely give.
Then that would also mean,
That the Kingdom of God which is also within Us is carried throughout the world as a witness and a testimony of His Power in Us,


I was reading I forget, Moses calling together 70 of the elders to go and prophecy to the people that were whining about not having any flesh to eat,
And two of the guys stayed in the camp. And Jeshu? got a bit irritated and told Moses to forbid them.
And Moses said"

Num 11:29
And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

It was not a good day for all those whiners.

And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day's journey on this side, and as it were a day's journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth.
Num 11:32
And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.
Num 11:33
And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague.
Num 11:34
And he called the name of that place Kibrothhattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.

rue followers of Christ do not desire this power for our own might, our own will, our own desire.
But when the Lord says GO, does that mean keep rocking in the rocking chair waiting for others to answer the call?

Just because the calendar changes, doesn't mean that Truth Changes.
It is steady on onward all the time.

Keep rocking, keep sleeping, because we are at War. Most definately Spiritually but also in the world.
They seek to kill Him again. They tried to prevent us from congregating, they put dividers between us, they forced you to wear masks so your face would not be seen.
They removed him from our schools, our hospitals, even the prisons where they put us when we wouldn't comply.

In the early church, Pentecost had not yet come. And when it came the Spirit of the Lord came upon all men.
But they had no power?
Peter had power until he abused it. Paul had power, but chose to show mercy. Not that he didn't have it, but that he chose to come peaceably to the churches.

1Co 4:21
What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?

Paul had the power of the Spirit of the Lord in Him.
And he wasn't afraid to use it, he chose not to towards the church.

He also fought with the Beasts at Ephesus and I don't believe he went in meekness.

1Co 15:32
If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.

If this is all for nothing, then why bother fighting?
But if it's worth fighting for, then we need to fight.

And we don't fight alone, But by the Spirit of Lord within us.

THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE, ON EARTH, AS IT IS, IN HEAVEN.

Not was, not will be, IS.

If my Kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight.
AT that time Jesus hadn't recieved a Kingdom, but it was there waiting when he went home.
And when he went back to His Kingdom, he sent us gifts. and ,His Spirit, The Spirit of the LORD!
To dwell in us, and be with us, In Peacetime and in WAR.

I will not run away and leave that robe behind and be found naked in fear from those who would kill us.
Jhn 6:64
But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

It's not just like they didn't go to him to Jerusalem,
When the bible says, they walked with him no more,
think about Enoch who walked with God, think about Abraham who walked with God.

But these, they ran, and walked no more with him.

They believed they was following God's law. hese we deal with today, have no law they follow.

They think if they cut off that head they'll gain points with Allah for having slaughtered the infidels wherever they find them.

And even after that,they're not assured paradise.
Allah chooses whom he allows in. Unless of course his followers are martyred in his name.
They're killed while killing or trying to kill others,and they believe they'll wake up in paradise.

There is a big difference between going to any kind of war with lust in your heart to take what doesn't belong to you, and going to any kind of war with Righteousness to keep what belongs to you.
