What would be a good sermon or discussion to listen to online? It's overwhelming and I don't want to listen to a celebrity pastor or anything unbiblical. I don't know how to listen to pod cast.

Dr. David Jeremiah is a sound pastor. He's on YouTube. He also offers a monthly devotional magazine for free. Dr. Colin Smith is good too...also on YouTube.

For fellowship I go to Counter Media UK... it's live chat, spiritual talk, tranquil Christian songs and prayer. The leader isn't a pastor but we have a pleasant fellowship group...most of them from the UK.
