Wont take Rev 14:9 MOTB under any circumstance, really ?

The Rev 14:9 MOTB is now a reality.
Bruce is a Saint in the eyes of everyone that knows him
Bruce and all his family, friends & associates are rounded up.
Some are Saints, others are not.
Until Bruce takes the Rev 14:9 MOTB he & everyone will witness one by one the execution of that group.
If it were you, how long would it be before you took the MOTB to stop the executions ?

Of course that would mean knowing what the MOTB is ... presently there is only a broad spectrum of confusion.

As I understand early Christian history, family members were killed rather than acknowledge Caesar as a god.

If we reach this point, we would know the end of this present age is very near, which would give many courage.

We also have the promise that we will not be tempted above what we can bear.

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man.

I've also read that, and I'm not surprised. Threatening loved ones is a lever that's been used by tyrants for thousands of years.

I don't remember the book, but it said that Christians who caved rather than watch their family members killed by wild animals in the Arena tried to rejoin the Christian fellowships. The Christians who had lost wives and children but remained faithful to Jesus Christ would not accept those who had taken the easy way out and acknowledged Caesar as god. It was a big issue in the early Church. Should they have?

Lord Jesus Christ showed HOW to react to threats like that in order to sway one to take the mark of the beast...

Matt 10:36-39
36 And as a man's enemies shall be they of his own household.

37 He that loveth father or mother more than Me, is not worthy of Me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than Me, is not worthy of Me.

38 And he that taketh not up his cross, and followeth Me, is not worthy of Me.

That 39th verse tells it all too, because means those who SEEK to save their OWN life will... lose it! But those who lose their life for Christ Jesus shall have everlasting Life! This also is why Lord Jesus said in Matthew 10:28 to not fear those who can kill our flesh body, but not our soul, but to fear HIM (The Father) Who can destroy both our spirit body and soul in the future "lake of fire".

Yes, I think they should have ... but it is very easy to say that at such a distance.
It is easy to speak brave words, and decry those who wonder how they might feel in such circumstances.

He sets up medical clinics where Christians can voluntarily go, publish their statements of faith on a government website, receive anesthetic, and have their heads removed (beheaded). Sorry, I am probably missing something very obvious to others, but who is Bruce? How do you know that he will be one of the people who takes the mark of the beast?

It's obvious that @PeterAndroz is mocking Christ Jesus, because Jesus said those who love their family more than Jesus are not worthy of Jesus. So those who take the mark of the beast deserve their reward for rejecting Lord Jesus, and that is... what taking the mark means, rejecting... Lord Jesus Christ as The Savior. Can a TRUE Christian that believes on Jesus Christ as their Savior do that? A TRUE Christian cannot take it, and won't take it, even to the death, brave words or not, there it is.
