Trump’s rhetoric is littered with scapegoats — immigrants, remember ‘they’re eating the cats and dogs’?
Muslims, journalists, Democrats, the so-called “deep state.”
Language like “animals,” “vermin,” and “enemies of the people” isn’t accidental. It creates division.
It licenses cruelty.
