If we are in a sealed dome the air pressure would be the same everywhere so I don't understand why jets need to be pressurized or high altitude ballooners need to wear oxygen tanks

The fact is, airplanes are not as "pressurized" as we've been programmed to believe. Planes are actually pressurized to LESS than sea level pressure. Commercial airliners are pressurized in flight to match an altitude equivalent to 6,000 to 8,000 feet (1,800 to 2,400 meters) above sea level, which is an internal cabin pressure of only 10.9 to 11.5 psi (pounds per square inch). Sea level pressure is 14.7 psi.
High altitude balloonists need oxygen tanks because air pressure (i.e. the weight of the air itself) drops significantly as they rise, which lowers the pushing force that drives oxygen into the bloodstream.

How can air pressure DROP within a sealed system ?
Air, like anything else, has weight. The more of it above you, the more pressure upon you (and vice versa).

Then what is the purpose of the flat earth physical barrier 'DOME'
To prevent the upper oceans from flooding the earth. The firmament acts as a cosmic divider to carve out a habitable bubble by separating the waters below from the waters above. As described in Genesis 1:6-7, God made the firmament to divide these waters.
It's also a structure to house celestial bodies, and it separates creation below from the Creator above.
Plus, there are windows/floodgates in it to do with regulating moisture.

We can't see the windows. The windows evince God's sovereignty - both judgement and blessing.
The windows are mentioned in scripture:
Noah's flood (Gen. 7:11); a promise of abundance (Mal. 3:10), and a royal officer being skeptical of Elisha's prophecy of plenty (2 Kin. 7:2).

Planes need to be pressurized because at high altitudes, the air pressure is too low for humans to breathe normally, which can lead to serious physiological problems like hypoxia. Pressurization ensures that passengers and crew can breathe comfortably and safely during flight.

The Dome is to protect us from what GOD Says is Above the Dome = Genesis
Do you believe GOD or NASA/occultists?
An enclosed structure (the airplane's fuselage) is required to contain the air at the proper pressure as the plane ascends and descends. Likewise, with the enclosed structure (the firmament) that contains the air earthlings breathe.

The very first thing JESUS warned His disciples(and us) is to not allow yourself to be decieved = Matthew 24:1-4
Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

Have you read the entire Holy Scriptures?
How much of it do you trust?
When men/scientists/highly edumancated/Hollywood Stars/Politicians oppose the words of God, who do place your trust in?
