And that is relevant how? If you're worshipping the Jewish God and following a Jewish Messiah and reading the Hebrew scriptures and practicing sacraments derived from Jewish rituals, your religion is derived from Judaism. That is a historical fact, and nothing changes it.

I don't follow a Jewish God, I follow The GOD of Israel and His Son Jesus Christ. The JEWS do not follow Jesus Christ (meaning the majority of JEWS still today do not). The scribes and Pharisees HATED Jesus of Nazareth, and murdered Him. I do NOT follow those JEWS who started their religion called Judaism, which STILL TO THIS DAY TEACHES AGAINST JESUS OF NAZARETH AS THE CHRIST-MESSIAH.

So all you are doing is making fabrications trying to repair the devilish history of the majority of Jews that had Lord Jesus Christ crucified.

Furthermore brethren in Christ Jesus,

The Gospel Salvation of Jesus Christ was NOT first given to the JEWS.

It was first given to Abraham, and Abraham believed, and God counted Abraham's FAITH as righteous, which is what is written in Genesis, and which Apostle Paul confirmed in Romans 4 and Galatians 3. The JEWS weren't even born yet when that happened.

And the word Hebrew DOES NOT COME FROM THE WORD JEW.

The word Hebrew comes from Eber, one of Abraham's ancestors descended from Noah's son Shem (Genesis 10).

Eber
— beyond. (1.). The third post-duluvian patriach after Shem (Gen 10:24; 11:14). He is regarded as the founder of the Hebrew race (10:21; Num 24:24). In Luke 3:35 he is called Heber.

The scribes and Pharisees HATED Jesus of Nazareth, and murdered Him.
This historical point is not under dispute. It also does not justify your bigotry, nor does it permit you to disregard biblical teaching:

28 As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies for your sake; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, 29 for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable. (Romans 11:28-29)

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:43-44)

Or is God the God of Jews only? (Romans 3:29)

If you worship the God Paul worshipped, you worship the God of the Jews.

Nope, I worship The GOD of ISRAEL. Jesus is NOT King of the Jews, but King of Israel.

You know not what you worship.

John 12:12-13
12 On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,
13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet Him, and cried, "Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord."
KJV

John 1:49
49 Nathanael answered and saith unto Him, "Rabbi, Thou art the Son of God; Thou art the King of Israel."
KJV

BRETHREN IN CHRIST:

It is very... important to understand how those who follow Judaism seek to lord it over anyone who wants to associate themselves with The GOD of Israel and His servants He chose to write down His Word. These people are the same types which Lord Jesus rebuked that crept in among the true seed of Israel, and they work for Christ's enemy. Jesus labeled them as the "synagogue of Satan" in Revelation 2:9 and Revelation 3:9, so I am not creating some made up story, this matter our Lord Jesus Christ Himself revealed in His Word. And those of us in Christ Jesus have a duty from Him to expose... those crept in unawares.

One of their false doctrines is the lie that all those born of Israel are Jews, when that is not true historically nor Biblically. Jesus never claimed to be King of the Jews, nor did the Pharisees who had him crucified claim that either, for Pilate is who put up the sign on Jesus' cross that said King of the Jews, and the chief priests were against Pilate doing that.

John 19:21
21 Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, "Write not, The King of the Jews; but that He said, I am King of the Jews."
KJV

Nowhere is it written that Jesus said He was 'king of the Jews'.

And ever since then, those Jews of Judaism have claimed they only represent all Israel when historically that title was used only by those of the southern kingdom of Judah. Those who want to stir up racism and hatred against anyone who sticks with actual Bible history about the Jews is thus slandered by them with their vain attempt to gain favor.

The Jewish historian Flavius Josephus quoting Nehemiah speaking about the Jews who returned from Babylon to rebuild Jerusalem and the temple; from The Antiquities of the Jews, Book XI, Chapter 5, paragraph 7, William Whiston translation.

When he had said this, he gave order that the rulers should measure the wall, and part the work of it among the people, according to their villages and cities, as every one's ability should require. And when he had added this promise, that he himself, with his servants, would assist them, he dissolved the assembly. So the Jews prepared for the work: that is the name they are called by from the day that they came up from Babylon, which is taken from the tribe of Judah, which came first to these places, and thence both they and the country gained that appellation.

I mean... it's not like He originated with the Jews. He was God from time immemorial. He was El Shaddai to the Syrians in Abraham's day, Elohim to the Canaanites, and YHVH to the Edomites before Judah was born.

Judaism as a religion Apostle Paul called "the Jew's religion". It is not... the basis of Christianity.

Judaism is the religion that came into existence in the era of the Jew's captivity to Babylon. That is where the original paleo-Hebrew characters of the Hebrew alphabet became corrupted into block letters of today. It is when the Jews started using Aramaic as their main language instead of Hebrew (except in some religious functions). It is where the Jew's Babylonian Talmud sage text was compiled, which they follow as their Judaism tradition, yet Lord Jesus rebuked.

Matt 15:1-3
15 Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,
2 "Why do Thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread."
3
But He answered and said unto them, "Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?"
KJV

The Jews pretended to follow God's law, and they were adamant in trying to enforce God's law upon others, but they themselves did not follow it. They followed the traditions of their Babylonian Talmud sage philosophical writings instead, even as it is to this day.

Jesus also said this about them...

Matt 15:7-9
7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
8 "This people draweth nigh unto Me with their mouth, and honoureth Me with their lips; but their heart is far from Me."
9
But in vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
KJV

Lord Jesus also said about them...

Matt 23:1-7
23 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to His disciples,
2 Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:
3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works:
for they say, and do not.
4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
5 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,
6 And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,
7 And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.
KJV

Christianity did NOT... come from that! And that is what the religion of Judaism is and was about even at the time of Jesus' 1st coming to die on the cross. The enemy ("tares") had crept in before and during their Babylon captivity, and distorted the true old covenant worship of God. Christianity instead is based on the Old Testament prophets and witness of Christ's Apostles and the witness by Lord Jesus Himself before and after He was crucified, having appeared to His disciples after His resurrection and chose Apostle Paul to preach The Gospel to the Gentiles, and to kings, and to the children of Israel, and gave us His Book of Revelation through His servant John.
100%...Amen, someone with a brain that knows how to use it.

More anti-semitism. Jesus was born a Jew under the law and is the Jewish Messiah. There is no evidence he ever stopped being Jewish.

John 4:22 salvation is from the Jews.
You really are that ignorant, aren't you

This statement does not make any sense?
Granted that Yahweh knew what would happen. But no, no Christian sect in the Old Testament.
One of those Sunday School questions.......Why did God wait so long? Why not start salvation with Adam and Eve and their children?
OT, Christianity hidden, NT, Christianity revealed.

Uh... no. Abraham was not a Jew. Jews are descended from Judah, which was Abraham's great-grandson.

Abraham was a Syrian.
Most mainstream scholars and archaeological evidence identify Ur of the Chaldeans (Ur Kasdim) with the ancient Sumerian city of Ur (Tell el-Muqayyar), located in southern Iraq (about 200 miles southeast of Baghdad). Itaq is not Syria.

I will make it simple for the ignorant on this thread that form the belief that Christ was a Jew in the sense of today's Jews/Judaism
  1. Those Judeans that accepted Christ were Israelite Judeans, or, as botched up in modern translations, Jews (geographical)
  2. Those Judeans that rejected Christ were Canaanite Judeans, or, as botched up in modern translations, Jews (geographical)
Know the difference!

Christ, all the Apostles, all the Prophets of old were Christians, with only one exception, Judas who was an Edomite by race. A Jew.

And do we not have Josephus quoting that the "Jews" are a people seperate and distinct from God's people "Israel"

Stop it, people. While the term "Jew" may have been derived from the tribe of Judah, the term has been a synecdoche for "descendent of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (a.k.a. 'Israel'; see Genesis 32:22-32)" for millennia and was used that way in the New Testament.

The Bible identifies the patriarchs as Syrian:

Deuteronomy 26:5 And thou shalt speak and say before the LORD thy God, A Syrian ready to perish [was] my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:

Abraham left Haran to go to Canaan. Haran is in Syria.

Genesis 12:5 And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.

Also, when Jacob was ready to marry, his father sent him back to Syria to find a wife from among their own people:

Genesis 28:5 And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padanaram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother.

Sidenote:
Also, scholars are not as sure about the identification of the Sumerian Ur with Abraham's Ur, as they were 50 years ago. Jewish tradition identifies an alternate meaning for Kasdim ("the furnace"), and the Chaldeans were nomads typically associated with lands further north than Sumer. Additionally, there's a second city named Ur during that period, and it's in... yeah, you guessed it, Syria. It's actually only about 30 miles from Haran.
