Bruises are steadily showing up periodically. I know God is over it all. He is able to keep me through it, until He changes my circumstances.I saw a chiropractor today. Things feel some better. :)

Yes ...so a child that discloses they were r*ped or "hurt" by Mickey Mouse or D*nald Duck would be seen as having a wild imagination, or making up stories. And even if someone believed they were hurt ...."Mickey Mouse" or "D*nald Duck" wouldn't lead to the real perpetrators.
So this is also why cult/MK handlers and programmers use cult names. If I remember right, "Minnie Mouse" was Lilith, Michael Aquino's wife.
The list is endless on how they use Disney and other movie and cartoon characters in programming and code names.

Have heard of it, but not come across anyone. Some episodes were filmed at Hawaii, and I went to one of the locales to watch one (a well-known tourist lookout spot called Tantalus). There was an episode (1981 season 5 episode titled Attack Angels) that I still remember (mind control theme). There have been quite a few hypnosis scenes, as well.

Not to sound crass, but that's "sexy assassin" stuff.
It's the delta's that I'm more aware of. Many here are set up with bona fide's in the community (community leader, police chief, pastor/priest, businessman, mental health, etc.). Lately, been more on the foreigner/immigrant side. A big question is the recall mechanism(s). Seems like most of them have "pets." I know they're training German Shepherds at one of the military bases here using a foreign language so the dogs cannot be countermanded.

I understand ...yes, I had beta+delta alter teams ...and some that were just one alter that was beta+delta. They began to come to the Lord in the early 2000's shortly after my last son was born ....Matt, who is with the Lord now.
I did have deltas that were used by the Cl..... know who I'm referring to? I still am puzzled by some of the things my deltas showed me. I'll just ask you something .....do you think or have any info as to whether H... "Killary" is still alive? I know she has doubles. But certain memories I have indicate maybe the real HC is no longer with us. If not, they used one of her doubles in a scenario where one of my deltas had to make her go away. I'm using a lot of veiled speech hoping you can decipher. :/

If we are to believe what we've been allowed to see, she definitely has doubles (as many do). The perp's luv that game. But what we are told is a death is more often just a "reassignment" - perhaps a new hair style and p.surgery, then sent down to Argentina or wherever for their new role.
But yeah, for the most part, a double is as good as an original when it comes to the programming.

I understand. And yet, my alters have brought awareness and memories to me of being severely punished because handlers couldn't pull alters forward. My parts no longer answer or obey cues.
I'll write what I now remember.... which brings risks, but ....anyway.
There were at least 4 men here at my house. And as you know, my husband is one of my handlers. We do not reside together, but he is here on occasion. (Ugh.) He is a believer, but is not deprogrammed. The Lord will only take what we are willing to submit to Him in truth.
Anyway ....what I remember (after the fact) is that my husband was here, and at least 3 or 4 other men. I was sitting in the living room recliner, and one of them (my biological father's double) stood in front of me trying to cue alters forward. Alters refused to come forward/obey cues. He angrily turns around and headed to the master bedroom where 2 or 3 men were with my husband. (From my understanding, there was also someone outside the house.) I heard lots of yelling and noise for a few minutes and then a man in a suit who I do not recognize came and grabbed my arm and said,"We need to walk!" He pulled me to one of the back bedrooms and I don't remember what happened after that.
I also remember that my/our former pastor was here around that time ...possibly the same incident. He was also one of my handlers going back to my childhood ...which I thought I hadn't met him until I was married. But when I was married and we moved here, I began to get memories of this man and his son at military bases when I was a child ...which was totally confusing because I had no conscious awareness at that time of knowing him before age 20, or of the SRA/MK stuff.

Yes ...and yet, one of my deltas sh*t her (in a top floor of a highrise building) and we saw her go down. I'm still trying to parse out if that was the original or a double. Possibly a double.
When my delta had accomplished other "assignments" ....wow, I think I'm understanding more just now... she was to go to the top floor and report to a handler whose face I cannot see, and B & H ...BC was smiling, and so was HC ....and at that point as they were standing directly in front of me/my delta, the deed was done and she went down.
My husband would've been severely punished for not doing his job of keeping me in line. That's the thing that is so sad ...bc I have talked with him about this for years. He is punished and I cannot go back to protect him. He has to choose freedom for himself.

And...God's word cannot be broken. 1 Peter 3:5 talks about husbands, that if they don't obey the word, they can, without the word, be won by the conduct/behavior/lifestyle of the wife. I'm not saying to obey ungodly commands. I'm saying to obey God's command as per his word and then watch the fireworks get delivered to your husband.
Yes. But again, you possess the superior weapon i.e. prayer, strengthened through obedience to the Superior God.

Yeah, you had mentioned the pastor previously. I gotta watch my temper because this abuse of position hits close to home for me.

Yes, I have a deep gouge on my right trapezius muscle where one night in spring of 2011, I was hurt (cattle prod, or something similar) for these same reasons. So even way back then, they were using force bc alters were not doing their jobs for the cult. My husband worked 2nd shift back then and he'd get home at 1am (an hour drive home). He'd stay up on the computer for hours "unwinding." I had 5 children and the kids were in bed before he got home. But I would stay up till I heard his car pull in ...then I'd run and jump in the bed and fake sleep. I didn't want to be caught off guard if he tried something. He was always on verge of a rage back then. He had parts who were fearful of what my freedom meant (punishments/threats to me, him, and the kids) ...and he had parts who were cult loyal who were angry at my "rebellion." So he had severe internal conflict (and still does in large part).
But anyway ...that night, after awhile, I'd fallen asleep. He was on the computer in the dining room. I woke up around 3am with dislocated arms/shoulders, a bloody gouge on my right trapezius muscle, and "other" pain. He was still awake ...sitting at the computer. And from his desk, he had direct line of sight to the bedroom door, and the back door ....so he couldn't see who went in and out of the bedroom. What would've happened is one of his alters opened the door on cue to allow someone in to punish me. (I mean, there's always the possibility that he/his alter/s punished me ...but I don't think so.)
I have a purple indented scar there now, and a mole that came up next to it ....which is a result of multiple electric shocks to the same area. They have used the other side as well, and a mole popped up there as well ...and more recently, another area of the back that has a bit of muscle/meat on it. That's where they like to use the tasers, etc.
