Tucked within Job’s words(inspired by the Spirit) is what God will do. The word made flesh as Jesus Christ: Job 9:32-35 “For he is not a man, as I am, that I should answer him, and we should come together in judgment. [33] Neither is there any daysman betwixt us, that might lay his hand upon us both. [34] Let him take his rod away from me, and let not his fear terrify me: [35] Then would I speak, and not fear him; but it is not so with me.”

1 John 4:18-19
[18] There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. [19] We love him, because he first loved us.

Hebrews 10:19-21
[19] Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, [20] By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; [21] And having an high priest over the house of God;

Job 10:2-5 “I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me. [3] Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked? [4] Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth? [5] Are thy days as the days of man? are thy years as man's days,”

“Hast thou eyes of flesh? Or seest thou as man seeth?”

Hebrews 4:15
[15] For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Job 33:15-17 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed;
Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
Job 36:10-12 He openeth also their ear to discipline, and commandeth that they return from iniquity. If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
But if they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge.
Isaiah 8:16 Preserve the teaching of God; entrust his instructions to those who follow me.

Job 38:12-17
[12] Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place; [13] That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it? [14] It is turned as clay to the seal; and they stand as a garment. [15] And from the wicked their light is withholden, and the high arm shall be broken. [16] Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth? [17] Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?

Dig deeper...
(Rev 5:1-5,9) And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

Job 10:14-15
[14] If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity. [15] If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction;

Job 16:12-21
[12] I was at ease, but he hath broken me asunder: he hath also taken me by my neck, and shaken me to pieces, and set me up for his mark. [13] His archers compass me round about, he cleaveth my reins asunder, and doth not spare; he poureth out my gall upon the ground. [14] He breaketh me with breach upon breach, he runneth upon me like a giant. [15] I have sewed sackcloth upon my skin, and defiled my horn in the dust. [16] My face is foul with weeping, and on my eyelids is the shadow of death; [17] Not for any injustice in mine hands: also my prayer is pure. [18] O earth, cover not thou my blood, and let my cry have no place. [19] Also now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and my record is on high. [20] My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God. [21] O that one might plead for a man with God, as a man pleadeth for his neighbour!

“O that one might plead for a man with God, as a man pleadeth for his neighbor!” ...the Son pleadeth the Father for us!

We also have this remarkable statement by Job (who may have been a contemporary of Abraham):

JOB 19
25 For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

26 And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:

27 Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.

Revelation 1:1
[1] The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants ... is the Revelation of Jesus Christ good news?

Or Is the Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants... the bad news?

Addressing the OP only, in Job, 100% correct.

A. the "daysman" is the mediator, or advocate, Jesus Christ, see 1 John 2:1.

B. Job 10:2 "God, Do not condemn". see Romans 8:1
