Usually when I vote I try and vote for the individual. Sometimes it will cross party lines. But this year, if ever there was a time to vote straight ticket, this is the one.

The Nation is divided. During the Supreme Court hearings we saw the Democrats united in stopping at nothing to stop Kavenaugh from being chosen as a Supreme Court justice.

Democrats are willing to resort to violence, lies, threats, and breaking laws to have their way. It doesn't matter to them any more. Thus Americans cannot afford to put any Democrat in a place of political power. Because no matter how small it may be it will fill their power desire to have power over you.

And if these people act like this when they don't have the power, how do you think they will act when they do.

Election, Nov. 2018, Straight Ticket, Republican.

I am 65, and have seen what the left will just brush off when the White House has a Dem President, the Clinton's and Obama could do no wrong, if anyone should have been Impeached, it was good ole Bill, and how many Executive decisions did Obama make to force a law into effect, and the left was silent, look I am not a great fan of Trump, But how is the state of the Country now.
I will be voting, and voting the line!

Myself. I don't see how we have any other choice. Everything I don't like is in the Democratic party.

I've wanted to respond but was hesitant. I'm not good with topics of politics, Stranger. We vote straight ticket. But the democrats receive the power. Our guns are taken. Our bibles are taken. What then?

I've read and agree with your assessment, Stranger, and I too am not good with politics because the Lord has me focused elsewhere; but long-story short, my brothers who are prophetic/historically knowledgeable keep me up-to-date around the table enough to know what's what. I did watch D'Souza's doc "Death of a Nation" for an eye-opener.

We do our part and vote. There will come a day when the vote will go against not just us, as Christians, but against conservatives who are not Christians. The political divide is so great that the politicians are already divided.

Just like with our past War between the States, there will be political sides that believers will have to take. With us in the South, our politicians removed our states from the Union. This made us loyal to our state. And later loyal to the Confederacy. Without such a movement by the politicians we have no recourse to do anything except endure the situation. But, you can trust, that there will be political movements, separation, and war, just like you see the rumblings of now.

Many Christians take the position of being a pacifist, which I do not. When that day comes, then every Christian must decide for himself what he wants to do. For myself, this country wasn't founded on pacifism. The Christians who settled it had to fight to get it and keep it. Why do Christians now days think that it will continue without fighting?

Christians have been enjoying the blessings of this country, which were obtained by the sufferings and sacrifices of their Christian forefathers, and yet they overall have not been willing to suffer and sacrifice the same. Thus we are slowly losing it.

So, what do we do. We pray. We vote. Buy guns. Buy ammo. Buy Bibles. Prepare. Then if the political situation changes and turns against us as it is doing, we can do our part and side with one.

I don't think we always have to be 'good with politics'. We know what is right and wrong and are willing to voice our opinion about it. And then prepare for when the national overall political opinion turns against us and takes action against us.

Do you believe we are in the end times?

Democrats are willing to resort to violence, lies, threats, and breaking laws to have their way. It doesn't matter to them any more. Thus Americans cannot afford to put any Democrat in a place of political power. Because no matter how small it may be it will fill their power desire to have power over you.

And if these people act like this when they don't have the power, how do you think they will act when they do.

Your quote here, I have already lived it. I'm not singling out any party but anyone that hates. What we forget is the ones you describe above don't magically appear in politics … they have lives and already impact others around them in their quest to take and dominate. You said, "Because no matter how small it may be it will fill their power desire to have power over you. And if these people act like this when they don't have the power, how do you think they will act when they do." You would think here would be a perfect opportunity for God to take their power and show them who is really in control...if we are in the end times though, Stranger. God is going to give them more power. He is going to feed the flesh to them. Power upon power until they are drunk in their own arrogance and convinced nothing can touch them. I've seen it happen. God will let them have it. If we are in the end times, and judging of what I have seen and experienced on a small scale, this is not going to go how we want it to go but His will, will be done according to the fulfillment of the word. The question is...Do we trust Him when guns and bibles are taken?

please don't mock it. Here is my faith. I do trust Him. I'm sharing with you that this may very well not go the way you want it to. despite your passion. I guess, you have considered that, right?

Yes, I believe we are in the end times.

I certainly do know how it is going to go. But along the way I do not let the evil have its way without resisting, and all that may entail. Just as I believe the doctrine of election. But I witness every chance I get. I do my part. I let God do His will.

Yes, we are living the result of the end times. In Acts 2:16,17 (I believe it was) Peter said we were already in those times 2,000 years ago.
