And to describe the video.... John Wesley was almost in despair after a disasterous trip to America and loosing his dad. He did not have the faith to continue to preach. When death stared him in the face, he was fearful and found little comfort in his religion. To Peter Böhler, a Moravian friend, he confessed his growing misery and decision to give up the ministry. Böhler counseled otherwise. "Preach faith till you have it," he advised. "And then because you have it, you will preach faith." On May 24th, 1738 he opened his Bible at about five in the morning and came across these words, "There are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises, even that ye should partakers of the divine nature." He read similar words in other places. That evening he reluctantly attended a meeting in Aldersgate. Someone read from Luther's Preface to the Epistle to Romans. About 8:45 p.m. "while he was describing the change which God works in the heart through faith in Christ, I felt my heart strangely warmed. I felt I did trust in Christ, Christ alone for salvation; and an assurance was given me that He had taken away my sins, even mine, and saved me from the law of sin and death." I used to be in Word Faith for some years back a decade or so ago..

What in my experience I have found to be true is the concept about speaking faith words...

I remember in many battles with sickness If God had not "given me" clear direction that He would take care of it ( without a doctor) ..then I would wait for such a word..if nothing came...then I would take "any old jaw bone of a ass "... ( any healing scripture) ..and mutter it over and over doing my day. At first it was just a dead bone...then suddenly, at some point " the angel would come and stir the waters"...and it would become alive and fresh ...I would then speak it with authority ..and see the manifestation of the requested healing.

I am not denominational, but I think faith teachings are a good thing to cut ones teeth on.... Moving on once the faith is in place.

My niece was a little kindergartener brought up in Faith teachings. One of her friends was hit with a ball and her eye began to swell. My niece prayed for her and her friends eye immediately cleared up.

My kids were little when we first cut our teeth on healing...
They used to get healed of things right away, as soon as we prayed.
My daughter here in town , now 55 said the other week..."I wish I could have the faith I used to have at age 3, 4 etc...it's much harder now."

What happens to us?????
