  1. When you pray, don't be like those who use so many words, when thou pray, pray in thy closet and your father which is in secret and will reward you openly. Secret things are spoken in the closet but if everyone can hear they are spoken from the rooftop. So things not in secret are spoken outwardly and not hidden. Your robes of honor and robes of majesty are clothing from God, same as the robe of righteousness. These are not physical but you hang your roses in the closet so their teachings are in the closet. It means, when you pray, ask for the things that are in secret or hidden things the things from heaven are right here but in secret. Seek yee first the kingdom of heaven. Look , heaven is the firmament that covers the earth like a blanket.

Did any notice it says your father is in secrete. That tells us we need to seek the things in secret and seek yee first the things and God. I seed that the kingdom covers the earth as a blanket but I should have added as a blanket covers your bed when you sleep, blanket or mantel.

But we do need to be properly covered. What has this man done?

"For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it." Isaiah 28:20

I believe these verses refer to contemplation. St. John of the Cross talks about leaving his house in reference to leaving his sensory awareness in order to pursue God in prayer in his poem Dark Night of the Soul, which reminds me of these verses

John, you do come up with some very interesting verses! ♥
Pay close attention to @Collin Feener who quotes bits and pieces and ties them together in sensible ways, if you are able to understand them.

The one I used here I have seen at least used at least a couple of times in the last year by @bbyrd009 who recognizes very well the meaning usually involved. He @bbyrd009 also inserts bits pieces of verses and uses them in his own very unique language.

Very different these two mentioned and either loved or hated frequently.

When I first met @Collin Feener many years ago [perhaps on the same forum where I met Helen @"ByGrace" ] in short order they were working to get him banned.

Give God the glory! He has many different people working in different ways...sometimes seemingly opposed to each other... to accomplish His purposes.

The Isiah verse, He tells them they have no rest and nothing to cover their nakedness. It is said somewhere we cannot go before the lord if we are naked but in the old testament, we will find salvation when we are naked and not ashamed. I'm pretty sure it means Noa's son saw him naked, he could only see the Noah in an earthly way. He walked in backward and was ashamed of Noah yet the word of God covered Noah with the garments he could not see

It's like that with us too we cannot go before the Lord naked but we can go naked, just not covered with the robes provided to cover our flesh.

Oh yes, I picked up on this pretty much from the beginning :D
And, I do recall you and Helen greeting Colin when he returned to this forum. I do check out some of his posts and will continue to learn to understand "his" language, lol.

I'm sorry, I still haven't figured this forum out.
When I said just not covered by the robes' I mean we must go before the Lord with the robes provided in the scriptures. We cannot go before the Lord without being covered by the Spirit. You can say you the blood of Jesus because the blood is the life and his life was the Spirit.

Heaven
I'll tell you guys what I can see about heaven, or better said , what the Lord has shown me.

Heaven is right here with us, as are the angels and the Lord Jesus himself. I don't think people can know him unless the Holy Spirit teaches them. Heaven is when we are in the light of God, the knowledge of the Spirit is the Light there. The streets bare paves with gold as it is said but above gold, knowledge is above gold so your teachings are you treasure likened unto Gold for lack of a better word. A river runes threw the middle of the street and the river means God is a fountain of living waters So like the first few verses of David in psalms, men are rooted in the word of God and the river there waters them as they become like trees and each having his own fruit and the fruit of our labor in the word is knowledge and from the river, the knowledge of good. The twelve gates are the doors you go threw to get to the trees and each tree has its own fruit , thats like the twelve disciples are the trees and we sit on thrones like Jesus judging the people. The judging there is we are the spirits of the twelve churches judging the people coming to that church. You have to remember it's all right here. We see the mountians cast into the sea. A man's righteousness is his mountain and being chained and cast into the sea means cast out of the church and the hands bound means his works or teachings are not seen or heard.

I don't even know what the hegelian dialectic is but if me and that are in agreement, fine.

This from dictionary .com
Hegelian dialectic
noun
an interpretive method, originally used to relate specific entities or events to the absolute idea,in which some assertible proposition (thesis) is necessarily opposed by an equally assertibleand apparently contradictory proposition (antithesis), the mutual contradiction beingreconciled on a higher level of truth by a third proposition (synthesis).
