No, really, not very many are! But remember what God said to Jeremiah:

"Therefore thou shalt speak all these words unto them; but they will not hearken to thee: thou shalt also call unto them; but they will not answer thee." Jerem 7:27

God says to speak to them so speak to them, but don't be surprised if there is no response!

It seems very hopeless when we look around us, but God knows already that only a very few will respond in that more perfect way. Why He has done things as He has with so many that will not come Him, I cannot say. But Jesus in these words to Jerusalem confirms His willingness to gather us to Him... if only we will respond:

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!" Matt 23:37
