I have just checked the results and the maths does not add up at all.

107.8 % of the people have voted.

It is one way to skew the results.

An analysis of the posted results.
38.5% + 23.1% + 46.2% = 107.8%

The polls are set up so that multiple votes are allowed. If this is not satisfactory to you then maybe try talking to the moderators.

Or maybe it's the subject matter that is more deeply unsatisfactory to you?

@Rita Do you really think the polling is 'skewed', as has been suggested? :rolleyes:
I have no idea Farouk, I don’t know how they work out the percentage, but I always thought it was based on 100%, meaning out of all the people that voted- then depending on how many have voted it works out the percentage of that 100 to give a percentage for each group - so I am at a loss as to how they reached 107.8 % !! @Rita Thanks, I think it's because multiple votes are allowed; I don't think the polls are supposed to reflect science.

I think also some ppl's objection is likely because they don't like the subject matter, rather than because of devotion to science... but I can't read other ppl's minds...

Get a life, farouk, the numbers of votes in each category do not lie, but the maths does. As for the subject matter, I find that the amount of time being spent on a topic which encourages something that is contrary to God's expectations is a waste of storage space on the board.

Your need to have to ask/encourage people to vote tells me that only a few of the people are actually interested in the thread.

Now if you think that the maths is wrong because multiple people have voted, then your rational should tell you that the vote is skewed anyway either for or against the reported statistics.

Now to test your theory, I tried to vote twice, but the system, although it said that it did allow multi votes, does not allow a person to vote twice the same way, however it does allow a person to change their vote category.

Shalom

What if 'tattoos farouk' sales of tattoos and piercing paraphanlia is the same farouk ?
i.e. the more business he drums up, the more profits he makes ?

@farouk is a nice guy, good Christian man. He may be a little obsessed with tats and piercings though. :)

That being said there is no need to belittle him or make asinine accusations.

Thanks for your comments. :)

I invite you to talk to the mods about:

1) the way the polls allowing multiple votes are set up;

2) tattoos;

3) me;

4) anything / anyone else you are fully entitled to disapprove of. :)

Blessings.

Is he the one DOING tattoos and piercings/ sales/ business ? Or just promoting sin for sins sake ? (flesh, carnal, of the world, as others pointed out)

Why joke about sinning ?
What is revealed thereby from the heart, coming out of the mouth(posts) ?

@Josho: I may have mentioned that my wife and I talked to a young lady with the whole of John 3.16 tattooed on her wrist area; and it certainly worked to start a conversation... :)
