My Dreams:

I can't remember his name right now, but a Pastor once said if you are wondering if you should pray or read the Bible, the answer is you should read the Bible, because God has more important things to tell you then you have to tell him.

That's not saying we shouldn't pray, nor is it saying I won't pray for you.

But in the mean time, clear your head and just pick a book to read. I suggest Ephesians or Colloseians based on your post. Short reads, but read it as a letter to you.

Proverbs and Psalms are long, but they are enlightening. Pick a chapter and read and meditate on it. Relate it to you... because it does!

You seem a bit unnerved with your life, but I believe there are others who have come out of similar circumstances. If not -- if your the worst of the worst -- then blessed are you because you have an opportunity for the greatest victory!

Confucius said the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. You are probably a few hundred steps in already!

Like someone else suggested, you haven't given us your story. But Gideon is an interesting one and he thought the same way as you seem to think. He was hiding in a wine press like a coward, and an angel called him out as a mighty man of valor! Phenomenal story!

Chances are, you are alot close to peace than you think.
